Have to wait a week, if they even call to set up appointments. Can't get a supervisor and now they want to charge you even with extended parts and labor. Inept repair people!!!! Call to complain and no one gets back to you with them for years and totally have gone down the tubes, save your time, money, and aggravation your going to get, even E mailed the owner Howard Pearl and he didn't respond either

Customer service man was awful. My aunt uses their service. I think the management is good. But the woke customer service man is bad for business. So I called someone else

This company failed to install HVAC heat in my property. They improperly installed my Nest thermostat. A five hour windows for service calls are unacceptable. Poor customer service, and rude management. I had to send four emails and make three phones just to cancel my service contract. I had to go with one of their competitors. Pride, you have no pride and you should change your name.

My name is Terence Nelson, I have had a contract with for over 20 years, I am 85 and just got back from Europe to find my air conditioner not working. I called and they told me I would have to wait three days before anyone could come. The last woman I spoke to was very very rude and hung up on me! In the last five years I have purchased a new air conditioner and two months ago a new water heater. I am disgusted and would love to speak with Mr Pearl, that’s when she hung up on me! Shame on you!

Today a new complain from me.. June 12, 2023 approximately I made a call… After years I was happy with Pride Service not anymore, unfortunately I signed an annual contract. In Pride neither the manager that I communicated today had a good attitude, Stefany (Air conditioner manager, I guess was her name)was so rude on the phone, by the first moment she had not desired to help me, I had not air conditioner for one week. Three technicians from Pride came and tried to fix the air conditioner and it work but hours latter it’s stopped , but its not only the fact that the air is not fixed but its the bad communication with this manager who doesn’t know how to deal with a particular situation like my, my health is a risk with this hot environment, my noise it’s bleeding because the hot and I have to pay a hotel to be safe. Stefany didn’t check if was possible to help she just tried to get off from the phone. One month waiting for fixing a dripping in my bathtub faucet, that was before

Michelle, one of the customer service representatives went above and beyond recently to help find the status of a part that was ordered and coordinated a call back to be able to complete the job. Pride A/C scheduled Jacob Jones to perform a repair service for my A/C system. Jacob arrived on time and immediately got to work. He diagnosed the problem (missing refrigerant) very quickly and performed a high quality repair. The system is working well, thanks to Jacob's excellent knowledge and ability. Pride A/C should highly value his employment.

I contacted Pride A/C in regard to my system not cooling as effectively as it should. They did meet the time commitment of the appointment, but they told me my outside condenser had a leak it in and I needed 3 pounds of freon. That they could not patch a coil but needed to replace it with a warranty replacement or a new condenser unit all together. I was told that I would get a call and physical quote from Shane between the two options. That never happened. I've called three times since then. To be told to wait for Shane to call me. It's been 1 month now. At this point they charged me $375 for the three pounds of freon and visit then cut and run. Have not heard from them . I still have my problem will need to find another company more reliable I suppose. I would not recommend a company that can not coordinate and communicate to their customers reliably . All I needed was a quote with both cost next to each other.

One technician comes out and don't fix the problem for My Washer Machine . They send the same technician out again and HecSays We have to order the Part for the drain . Another technician comes out c and He Says it's the motor . My Washer Machine was not making noise I had no problem with the motor before he came out . I questioned him about the part that was ordered and his response was what part , Keepin Mind , He a Suppovisore , Prideusetogive excellentService . I would always recommendthemtopeople , It wentfrom it being Supposlyfixed , to a drain issue , to its , the motor and its not covered . The y said the Samething about my other WasherMachine that was not that old . When You call to Speak to a manager , They don't come to the phone . One technician tellsYou its one issue and another technician tells You its somethingeles . 3 technicias looking at the Same machine , and they all have different . Diagnosis .Some integrity should be bought Back to this company

Jacob was a wonderful tech. He came in and repaired my air conditioner also installed a brand new, fresh air, UV system. Jacob was very kind, very knowledgeable, and very efficient. Our central air stopped working on Sunday and I called for emergency service. I was informed there is no emergency service on Sunday's but a service technician would be at our residence Monday morning. First thing at 8am, Jacob Jones, one of Pride's service techs, was at our door. He quickly diagnosed the cause of our problem (a clogged drain) and was able to fix it right away in less than an hour. We were impressed by his responsiveness, professionalism and know-how. Definitely a good experience!
