Had our new AC unit installed by Robert. He was very professional and a nice guy. ( he’s a dead ringer for Darius Rucker)! He did a great job and we are so happy to have a quality new ac unit.I highly recommend Robert and One Hour AC.

This is not the first time I have had this company come out and each time it has always been a great experience. And Robert has once again proved why this company is truly the best of the best . They never tell you something just for a sale and they never do anything that is not needed . Obviously it is usually an unexpected event that leads the call in the first place and even knowing this call was pretty much the end of my unit as with florida heat and humidity it took a toll on my unit and after making the call Robert came out on time as usual and even though he could change a few things that might get my ac to work his knowledge was beyond professional and gave it to me straight and that is the service everyone wants to receive..
I am editing my original review because the manager Jeremiah contacted me and was very apologetic and the technician that fixed the issue was very nice, quick, and informative. That being said, we still are unhappy that we had to go so long without AC and are unhappy with the service from the call center that they employ. Original review below: Our entire experience with this company from the start has been terrible. We spent thousands of dollars with them on a brand new AC unit in August of 2022 and it is July 4th 2023 and it is not working and the company will not send anyone to us until tomorrow even though we are part of their "club membership service" which we paid extra for and we weren't even made aware of. So even though we have multiple warraties and this membership with this company we still have to get a hotel room for the night because it is one of the hottest days of the year here in Florida and there is no way my husband, myself, and our dogs will be able to sleep comfortably tonight. Even from the installation their incompetencies were blatantly shown when it took 3 days and 3 different technicians to figure out how to install the AC correctly. I've asked to speak to a manager or supervisor because of all of this and was told there is no one there and the best they could do is send an email to someone to ask them to call me.
Just got my AC serviced. CC came and listened to the issue I was having. He ran tests and was honest about everything. I have use many different AC companies in the past and this was by far the best service I have received! Thank you!

Antoine was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Fully explained the cause of our problem and fixed it in a timely fashion eventhough we were an emergency fit in appointment!
Elvin came on time very professional and fix my AC immediately. 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for Elvin, the bad part was that I called on Saturday and the Company sent a technician only on Monday.

Sam Rosado was knowledgeable, professional and competent. He fixed my air conditioner and explained how to adjust the thermostat. I felt comfortable communicating with him and asking questions.

Asked come service my split unit. "Tech" was trying to sell me a new unit before even turning my unit on. Asked to leave. Lesson learned, shop local, this company is just trying to upsell.
Excellent experience. Marcus H was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He was exceptionally neat doing his work and he clearly explained everything he was doing. I happily signed on to a maintenance service plan and hope that Marcus will be back to do the regular maintenance. I highly recommend this company without the slightest reservation.
