I have had experience with the company as a maintenance customer for my AC. They replaced my old system with a quality new system. All the personnel I have encountered from the sales rep, to the installers to the maintenance people have all been extremely professional and courteous. I recommend them. I am a retired customer relations consultant so my standards are pretty high and Mr Air met them.
The prices they gave me were a scam. They wanted to charge me over $1600 for the work I needed. They had some very misleading discounts. If I asked for just one service, it would cost me more than if I hired other services that I didn't need. Terrible. I ended up hiring some guys who charged me 65% less and the job was flawless.

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST COMPANY!! Worst customer service. Paid over 400$ for a “plan” that they have no recollection of coming here even after I showed them Receipt and they want to charge us AGAIN FOR A PLAN. Super RUDE. Update : They came two days ago AND THE AC IS STILL BROKEN !!! We spoke to someone yesterday they said they will be here today at 10:30 now this morning at 8 some lady with a rude attitude calls and says we don’t have those time slots only afternoon I said we spoke to a tech yesterday and she interrupts me and said that tech now has calls and I have to pay for them to come out again even tho they didn’t do their job correctly the first time.
Mr Aire installed two new air conditioners in our home. They arrived on time, worked cleanly and professionally and stayed on the job into the early evening until it was completed. John did an excellent and thorough job. The office staff was also very helpful. The following day I had a question and the supervisor showed up that day and answered my question. Good job, Mr Aire!
We have used Mr Air for more then 10 years. We moved and last year they replaced our duct work and installed a new unit In the new home. There were some issues but they continued to strive to rectify and make it 100% satisfactory. Its been over 6 months and our AC has never functioned better. Chris came today to do our bi annual maintenance today. He was on time, communicated what he had checked and done and did a thorough evaluation. Very professional .

Chris, the technician, is a dedicated employee. He was courteous, knowledgeable and committed to provide a thorough check on our AC system. We just purchased our house and the AC system had not been checked in over a year. Chris cleared out debris and water, flushed the coils, and replaced some parts. He explained all the repairs clearly. He is an asset to the Mr Air business.

10/10 recommend. Our technician was Mr. Rudy and he did a great job with the diagnosis and repair. He was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions and gave recommendations. Would definitely use their services again.
