Mark B was the technician who came to investigate my AC not cooling. Within a matter of minutes, he diagnosed the problem and had my unit cooling again within the hour. I definitely be a returning customer if ever needed and recommend to anyone needing service as well. Thank you!

I’m blown away by Lindstorm’s service! I called on July 4th and soonest service was the 6th. Luckily I followed up to confirm on July 5; and was able to get same day service! I am not only impressed by their customer service but also their knowledgeable technician, Salvador. He very nice and was quick to identify the issue. Salvador got to Work and quickly fixed. I am very thankful for him and his team especially since I’m 9 months pregnant and expecting a baby any day now. This mama needed her AC asap. Thank you Lindstorm!
Brandon came to fix a pipe on the outside of my house today. He did an amazing job. He was on time, very nice, and very professional. Lindstrom air has great employees, but Brandon went above and beyond. Thank you.
Steve the tech was very professional and courteous, explained everything. Fixed the AirCondition issue quickly. But Lindstrom took 3 days to send out a technician, they are under staffed.
We have been using Lindstrom Air for over 20 years. Have purchased several AC units from them and they have always provided the most professional service and stand behind their work and products they sell !!
They came the day I called. It was the fan on top of the air and they had to order it. But they fixed it. I live in Florida and it was over 90 the whole week. I’m just grateful they could fix it.
I called and got an appt for 1 pm. Excellent, but gets better! I got a call that the tech finushed earlier and is on his way! Good follow up, and management. Let's hope they ahow up monday on time to do the job
I would hire them over and over again. They scheduled my AC install the day after the estimate! Professional, friendly, did an amazing job. Service is very important to me and they scored an A++

My technician was FANTASTIC. Personable, professional, and prompt. High remarks to him! As to my quote from the company, it is absolutely absurd. For repairing a part 2 years old and covered under warranty, they would like $720.00 for labor. I am all for paying what is appropriate, however the unit is easily accessible, in otherwise working order, oh and did I mention UNDER WARRANTY.
Called for this problem on Wednesday about 1 am , and spoke to Steve the dispatcher on call , and he promised me that I will have a technician here between 11am and 1pm on Wednesday 06/28/2023. I called to confirm that a service call was scheduled, and was told that no call was scheduled. I spoke to Sabrina that confirmed my call with Steve , but told me that no service call was scheduled even though I was told differently. I am very disappointed with this situation . I feel that some one in your organization needs to investigate what caused the problem , and left a long time customer upset , and disappointed. This has no reflection on the service technician that was here today. This refers to the above situation.
I will NEVER use Lindstrom AC again. I purchased a new AC system in 2020 from Lindstrom with the promise of same day service. AC broke today (Wed) and the soonest they can come out is Sun (4 days later) in the summer heat. I then called Airworx which gave me an appt same day and they also honor my warranty. Reply to owner - Thanks for your canned response. I tried to reach out and your service dept said 4 days was the best they can do. The same thing happened to my neighbor a few months ago. It seems to be standard practice and since I've mentioned it on social media sites, others have voiced the same. I also called Steve, my salesman, no answer. By the way, Airworx had my system up and running by 2pm today (same day). That is what I expected from Lindstrom.
So grateful for this well-run company with extremely competent & professional employees in all areas- from maintenance to installation to office. Old (non Lindstrom) AC was nearly burned out. Tech came to evaluate at 1pm, got it working again but realized needed new system. Sales visit and estimate at 5pm that day then new system installed at 8am the next morning. Thrilled with terrific and fast service.
Dave our Tech was very unprofessional didn’t know what warranty I had. When finished he had to go out of his way to make a bad joke about the Miami Dolphins as he is a bills fan. He was so concerned about his bad joke that he left ourA/C set at 65 which is not our original setting of (76).
Service was very fast and I don’t even know what they checked. I am waiting for the description with the invoice.. service inside did not take nor even 5 minutes and then outside Maybe 10 or 15 minutes …
Communication was very good. There were many emails and texts concerning my appt. I knew exactly what salesperson was coming and when. Albert M., my sales tech was friendly, polite, on time and a good communicator. I was supposed to have my filters come to the warehouse and to be brought by my tech. This did not happen so I called the number and explained that I pre paid and they did not come. No apology from the person on the phone. The next morning a tech brought them to my house.
