Fast, profesional, and economic, thank...
Beyond thankful to License to chill, had all 4 business AC units down, spoke to Michael and immediately sent technician Javier he drove from Pompano to Miami and got problem fixed. Javier was very professional and patient responding to many questions I had. Highly recommend License to Chill.Thank u Michael and Javier
Were able to fix an issue with my mini split after several other AC companies told me they would not come out to take a look. Very informative and friendly technician, the price was reasonable and the repair seems to be working. Will definitely use them again!
Mike and the team at License to Chill have done a great job trouble shooting an issue with our 18 month old unit and worked to get it replaced for us. They are always responsive and provide high quality, professional service.

After more than 25 years as a customer of LICENSE TO CHILL, I was a bit apprehensive about new ownership and receiving the same service with professionalism and integrity as we had come to expect. After today's maintenance visit, I am feeling more confident in this company. We should have known that the Spangler family would choose a new owner who also cares about their customers.

The guy came out fast same day. He checked for leaks in the AC and did a recharge of the gas. Very nice guy.

And I had never met Adil ( I apologize if spelling incorrect), but must say that his level of professionalism is on par with this long standing company. We suddenly found out our air conditioning was not working and needed repairs right away. Having recently relocating from Connecticut to Punta Gorda this past July we didn't know anything about central A/C as we didn't need it up North, We had called two HVAC but neither could come out for several days. We called License to Chill, and left a message. Within a couple of hours we got a call back and said they could come out the following day in the afternoon. The next morning Jason called and said he could come over by 9a.m. Our unit was very old which we knew but Jason said he could try to find parts. My husband and I decided a new system is what would be needed. I could go on and on, but there is several things I want to say. First of all, Jason. Jason answered all of our questions and concerns. He is so caring. We were able to get a unit and have it installed the same day and I mean it was an all day affair. Jason and the rest of the crew that came to help really went above and beyond. By 6p.m. we were up and running. Thank goodness! Chris, you have a fantastic crew and Mark and I thank you and Jason and the guys.
Licensed to Chill is an amazing company. They are so responsive in a crisis and utmost professionalism for an install. Recommended them highly.
