Fast quality service. My AC was going in and out and I couldn’t figure out why. Eli came and was able to fix the problem within minutes and even taught me how to properly maintain the parts that were causing the issue myself to avoid the same issue in the future. We recently worked with Inter-coastal Air on two jobs in our house. We replaced our air conditioning unit, and also replaced the entire duct system that was very old. Our house is 60 years old… the old Florida … We had a few estimates, and the quote from this company was a fair price for the job comparing to other quotes. I must start by mentioning the professionalism of the company. The workers were on time for both services, very polite, and most important very clean work. They made sure to leave the house cleaned, especially after such a major job as replacing the duct system. The garbage was put in bags and outside ready to be picked up. The best part of the process, I finally have a “cold” house. I would receive this company without thinking twice. He provided impeccable service while installing/overseeing our new A/C system, from the initial discussions of the system we needed to the final details of the installation. He is extremely thorough and hands-on and demands the best work from his crew. It was a pleasure to work with Carrie in his office as well, as she was always courteous, helpful and on the double. It is obvious that Eli wants his clients to be 100 percent satisfied and urged us to contact him a few days after the installation with any feedback. Eli is honest, fair, cheerful, smart, and extremely knowledgeable. We call him “the prophet,” because he really knows his business.
In need of a new A/C for my condo, I began reading reviews for local providers in Pompano Beach. Intercoastal Air was listed in my top four. Within 2 hours of my initial call to Eli on a late Friday afternoon, Eli left a message for the property manager to arrange a site visit for Monday. I received a quote Monday morning along with a personal call to review the quote with me. He provided quotes for two air conditioners and I decided to go with his recommendation of a BOSCH unit. The unit was installed, once weather permitted, and Eli followed-up with an email and personal call to confirm the work had been completed. Since I was not on location at the time, I relied completely on Eli to oversee the entire process from start to finish. Pictures of the newly installed unit show superior installation work given the tight space without any debris left behind which was also confirmed by the property manager. As an added service, Eli registered the A/C for warranty with the company for me. From my first contact, Eli was informative, reliable, efficient and economically priced. Eli’s prompt response to each call on the first ring made every exchange reassuring particularly since I was not in Florida at the time. I highly recommend his services and will continue to use Intercoastal Air in the future.
We had two motors break on two of our 10 ton units. The Intercoastal Air team installed new one's for us two days after I called. Great service and people!

I recently used Intercoastal Air for a repair on one of my a/c systems in my office, and they were fast and efficient...solving the problem right away and getting rid of some nasty drainage leaks that were causing some problems with the ceiling tiles below. Then, just last week, I had a issue with an open residential permit from another contractor years ago, and Intercoastal Air was able to get the problem corrected, so I could close out the permit. They have been very helpful on both occasions and I would recommend them to anyone, with commercial or residential needs.
