We had 2 new Trane systems installed. Eric and his team were the nicest guys I’ve ever met in hvac. They were prompt and ascertained the surrounding property was protected. (Air handlers located on the second floor) They were respectful and informative, answering any questions we had about the system. Their installation was neat and clean. Pricing was reasonable. We’re very happy with their work and will continue to use them for service.
Jorge was our service guy and he was amazing. He explained everything perfectly. I would definitely recommend.

Technician was prompted on time. Always maintain cleanliness with the home. Through and honest as they did not try to sell anything that was not needed. Technician had open conversations about future maintenance to help longevity of the equipment. Would highly recommend.
The A/C installation (Trane air handler and compressor) was top notch. Eric and Shaquille were on time, polite, professional, and a pleasure to deal with. They clearly knew their business and provided an efficient installation. The company offers competitve pricing and excellent terms regarding maintenance agreements and payment terms. Highly recommended!

For many years, I've experienced an intermittent leak. Jorge was able to determine that the leak came from a copper line that was challenging to access. He recorded the process and presented it to me afterwards. The pipe was difficult to reach, so previous AC repair technicians stuffed plastic bags and paper towels to soak up the water rather than fixing the line itself. There was also a clicking noise that Jorge was able to identify where it originated from and stop.

This company was completely professional and efficient. The two fitters that they sent to install new air-conditioning system, absolutely brilliant they would not leave the job until it was complete. We only have good things to say about our choice of using this company.
Lowest price/best service. One of our units stopped working and I was looking to replace them. I contacted Greentree Air on a Wednesday, the next day Chad came to the house to quote. He was honest, detailed, very professional and showed that he cared for the outcome. Chad also knew his stuff and made no unrealistic expectations nor did he try to upsell me. He was the lowest quote from others I had. His crew came early next morning replaced one of the units and the next business day the other one. Nicolas and Michael were very respectful, hard working and made sure to lay rags on the floor and use shoe covers every time they entered the home. Even though they spent 8 hours each day replacing the inside air handlers and outside condensers, we barely noticed them in the house. They were always polite, clean and professional. When I had issues with the new thermostat, Nicolas even came back to the house late on a Friday after being 20 miles away from our home. Chad also responded to Sunday texts on questions I had prior to the second installation. Greentree Air is on top of their game. I highly recommend this team for any AC related issues. 4/6/23 Since I posted this review Greentree Air came back twice to service the units, under very short notices and a weekend. The tech just left here again and they are amazing. Just top of the top. The nicest people. Extremely responsive and knowledgeable. I am very glad I chose them for our air conditioners.
My family and I had an amazing experience with GreenTree Air Conditioning, Inc. From our initial consultation with Mike and the good folks at their office. Fernando Balladares was our installation technician and he was absolutely fantastic. He was patient, understanding and very thorough. Ryan, his assistant was a great help along with Eric, is supervisor who worked well after dinner-time to make sure our new system was up and running properly. I could not be more pleased with this level of service and detail for excellence. I would highly recommend them for your next job. Cheers, TR
