Do not rush to use this company or leave a good review! GMC air company installed my AC 3 years ago and did not finish their contract! Got paid and ran. They will not return my phone calls or do what they were suppose to do, they have very convenient way to avoid you. You will discover it years later! Be aware. Will be filing complaints and lawsuit.

Routine Maintainace first time client. Our tech Curtis was on time and very polite as well as being knowledgeable. He wore a mask as well as shoe coverings and was diligent about cleaning up.
Thank you. Maintenance was done quickly and filter was also changed. I was also given information regarding installing UV light to help with pet hair.
Servicemen were courteous, kept us me updated about the status of the service, arrived on schedule, Reassured us to call if we have issues. Great experience.
David Norton was friendly knowledgeable and thorough at this point in time all as I’m getting us an estimate and we’ll go from there but he seems like a good guy
I had the most wonderful experience from the time Brian walked into my house and told me things about air conditioners that I never imaged. He knew exactly the ton and seer I needed before he came to my house because he had already done research on our buildings. He gave me information on all brands and let me choose the one I wanted. He is totally professional. Marty and Ron were at my house with the crane at 7:30am ready with everything to complete the job. They had top of the line experience and they displayed it. They did not stop until everything was perfectly installed , they explained in detail everything about the unit and how to take care of it in between their maintenance visits. I said a pray for God to send me the right company and He sure did. Thank you GMC Air Conditioning.
Curtis came out from GMC A/C and performed my routine A/C service. Very professional and efficient. He cleaned the drain pan of some algae that had built up and treated and flushed the drain line. He also gave me some good advice about preventing algae. I would highly recommend him as a A/C service tech. Marty Menendez

Brendon was excellent. He diagnosed the issue with my AC in a timely fashion, walked through it together with me, and provided an estimate before performing the required service.
Brendon came and figured out the problem quickly. Got it working perfectly and gave me a few hints to have the problem not happening again. He was great!
GMC is great, I would highly recommend! Skip, the owner, came out to do a free estimate to replace my AC and was friendly, professional, and honest. I previously received estimates from other companies and felt that they were trying to sell me on things I didn’t need. I felt that Skip was honest about what I really needed and was not trying to rip me off. Greg came out to do the work and was very professional and courteous. He did a great job installing the AC and coming back at a later date to install the grills. Also really great customer service from the people in the office. All around a great company!
Eduardo was awesome. Very knowledgeable and explains everything so the average home owner can understand. He gave me several options, trying to find the most cost effective approach to the repair. Highly recommend!
Brandon was dispatched to take a look at our a/c. He quickly diagnosed a defective motor that was continually overheating. The replacement part were ordered and the following morning I received a message that they would return that day to replace it. Brandon was efficient and friendly. I would rate their service a 5 star for quality of service and their people.
I won’t recommend this company. Air handler/fan in my 7 years old Carrier’s 2.5 ton a/c was malfunctioning, stopping sometimes for a day but I spent a month to convince GMC that it was a problem. The replacement cost me over $600 after all discounts applied but they installed another old module, not a new part or at least I cannot see new part. However that’s just start of story. UV light stopped working 1 day after this service. GMC offered bulb replacement for $300+ without coming to check. I checked on the issue myself. They incorrectly connected UV light ballast to 240 volts instead of 208 as specified and it fried the ballast, mot the bulb! I admit that the color of hot wires for 240 and 208 was almost similar, red and orange but still why not to check? When I fixed the issue and asked for reimbursement for parts only I got only mile long emails. GMC was original installer of this a/c and UV. I stand for quality of my own service in my business and expect the same from others. But this company doesn’t care. They also try to sell unnecessary replacements. I had two maintenance services from them in span of one year and each time got different recommendations on $200-300 replacements. I don’t trust this company.
Entire team at GMC Air Conditioning Services went above and beyond expectations. Install of new system plus follow up went well. I would definitely use them again in the future.
The customer service was amazing. From the first phone call to the completed installation. The installation team was wonderful. They were both extremely polite, professional, friendly and easy to work with. We felt very confident and comfortable with all aspects. We would highly recommend this company...they made us feel like family!
Cirtis returned to my home yesterday to find and repair a refrigerant leak. He found a part in the compressor that had rusted, secured the replacement part, then spent more than three hours painstakingly dismantling the compressor and installing the new part. When I commented that it was a bigger job than I had realized, he answered "it is when you do it right." Also, this work and even the added refrigerant was completely covered under the warranty I had purchased. When I commented that I was a little surprised that I didn't have to pay for the refrigerant, he answered "we like to do right by our customers." Truer words were never spoken. I completely recommend this company. I know they have many fine technicians, but Cirtis is one of the best.
