This is hands down the most professional experience I have ever had with a company that does air. I met Shiva was was amazing he told me I would get a call with an estimate same day and I did. Molly called gave me the estimate and scheduled an appointment for the next day as I told her this was urgent for me. Aron and Clint we ON TIME AND SO PROFESSIONAL WOW! They wore bootes on their shoe to not mess my house up and put plastic everywhere they would be working. They cleaned all my AC Duct, hand washed and cleaned all the metal vent things. Aron asked to see my AC Handler and recommended a cleaning based on what he saw. I could not believe how dirty it was. He cleaned it and painted it something that will prevent future issues. I am so grateful for Junior my AC Guy for recommending Air Flow Concepts. I will be referring them to everyone I know.
I needed to help my uncle find a company to service the HVAC system in a rental property and Air Flow Concepts were prompt and professional from start to finish. 10/10 would recommend.
With my father living on his own, disabled, their response time could not have been any better. Living in south Florida you know air conditioning is a necessity, not a luxury. With that said they were able to come on short notice and replace a blower motor on the unit in a very timely manner. While in the unit they found the coil needed a good cleaning and showed me the difference between what it looks like and what it should look like and let’s just say a picture is worth 1000 words. I scheduled for them to come back to do a coil and duct cleaning, and was very impressed by their prep work and breakdown because we all know how contractors can leave a mess. I would recommend their services 10 times over.
Office staff was very helpful in getting us a technician out in a timely matter. Technician showed up diagnosed and repaired our unit within a hour. He took pictures of our roof top unit to show us the part that needed to be replaced. When it finally came time to replace our unit, we didn't hesitate to call Air Flow Concepts to do the job. We highly recommend them.
Office staff was amazing and very professional. Technicians were friendly and very knowledgeable in their trade. They gave us options for our repairs, and carried thru with a follow-up call. When it came time to replace our A/C they again gave us options so we could stay within our budget. Would highly recommend them.
I love using this company, they’re always there when you need them. Reliable, affordable and professional service.

An excellent company; I highly recommend them for your ac needs. I have used them for both emergency and normal servicing needs. They respond quickly and are very professional. Shiva is knowledgeable and kind, as well as Molly and Shivana in the office. They are a pleasure to do business with.
I was very fortunate that my landlord use this company. They were very respectful and professional and got the job done in such a great amount of time. I would definitely use them on my own home and refer them to all of my friends and family.
Liked the experience right away. No slick sales pitch.. Just straight talk. Straight answer. Condo built in 90s. Probably ducts were never cleaned. Didn't know what to expect but I knew I wanted a NADCA certified cleaning. Molly never lost patience. Answered all questions. Kept her on phone for a half hour. Shawn and Vince arrived on time. Shawn explained everything he was going to do before he did it. No B.S. They told me they wouldn't know the status until they took the grilles off. They cleaned and coated it and suggested a UV Light for the a/c. I passed but how refreshing . They were not pushy about the upsell of light. I should have listened. Will have them out when budget allows to add UV Light. Great job. Friendly. Came on time. Shivana followed up and c and called me to make sure the guys cleaned up and I was satisfied. Great experience. Would definitely call them again.
Terrible over priced service and very very unprofessional! Didn’t repair anything and damaged all the vents in my house! Also threatened to place a lien on my house for $85.00! Don’t use this company please!
The product or service they are trying to sell you is not worth the TERRIBLE, customer service that comes along with it. NOT at all a pleasant experience. "Molly" has no sense of self control when speaking to a client and the worst part is, is she is the manager. Nothing about the way she runs this business is professional. By far the most disrespectful encounter that my husband and I have ever dealt with. Speaking nastily and talking down to both him and I, on nearly every single phone call that transpired. She was constantly argumentative and would change her story to something different EVERY TIME & Nothing ever added up! We really just became FED UP with how we were treated and are quite upset that someone could be so DRAMA filled & treat a customer so unfair. They are CHEAP. We caught them charging us for unnecessary things, that didn't need fixed. You do not get what you pay for, there is no value or honor in what they install in your home. We had a brand new AC unit & brand new Air ducts put in about a year and half ago. A year later the ducts start leaking out the vents AGAIN.. (main reason why we got the ducts replaced in the first place) And they refused to honor our warranty and would not come back to fix the issue. We paid $4,000 to have the new ducts installed, and they were installed with out replacing some of the key components that are a part of the duct system. They sent us another $1,200 bill TO FIX WHAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE RIGHT IN THE FIRST PLACE. Everything was just fishy at how they handled the whole situation, and quite honestly embarrassing. Unfortunately for them, things could have gone a whole lot smoother and professional if it weren't for the manager with a TACKY personality. She is the main reason for this review, which I never usually take the time out to write. BUT THE SERVICE WAS THAT bad to where I want to save the next person who falls for her BS. The best thing for that company is to replace her.
Beware! I was charged over $400 for labor for half hour of work! The tech replaced blower motor of my carrier system. The blower motor was already covered by my warranty agreement.

I have used Air Flow Concepts multiple times and they have been the absolute best regarding price, on time when said they would be, getting the job done has always been 100% and some! I'm very happy with their service and highly recommend them!!!
This company has impressed me much! I'm a first time mother with a new born baby with breathing issues. I contacted Air Flow Concepts in regards to my needs and they were precise on helping me with a solution. From the first phone call into the office all the way until the techs came out to assist with the issues of the cleaning of my ducts in the home. I'm so glad that I found this company through a google search. Now the air in my home is super clean/breathable and my baby is breathing fine and can sleep throughout the night without gasping for air. Thank you AFC!! Happy Holidays 🎄
I called AFC for help. The a/c unit had a small leak and it wasn't cooling. I spoke with the office manager, Molly, and I was really impressed with her knowledge and her ability to explain things. Usually, you call on the phone and all they do is take your name and schedule you. She understood how uncomfortable it was without cool air and how I was worried about the leak. In less than 2-hours, the technician arrived. In less than an hour, I had cool air and the leak was fixed. Haven't had any problems since. Great quick efficient professional work. I will be calling them for a spring a/c tuneup and I am thinking about their annual service agreement for peace of mind. Money a little tight around the holidays, but, I may go for it before the spring. It also includes the tuneup at no extra charge. Air Flow Concepts is a good company. Glad I stumbled onto them.
