If you have a clogged sink don't call them. Their electric is fine but plumbing no. They spend 2 days trying to open the sink. One guy spend 2 hr other 4 hr. Couldn't get it to open. I called another plumber he opened it in 30 minutes. They took more than 600 dollars from me collectively for a job they didn't know how to do. Wouldn't recommend !
Kyle did an awesome job! Explained everything and was very detailed so we wouldn’t have our issue again!

Two guys at my property to fix a shower that won’t work. They replaced the cartridge rebuilt the valve and it still doesn’t work. It was $800 for this and it still doesn’t work. Now they’re saying it needs a new valve and that’s going to be an additional $1400 to fix my shower. The parts for this are less than $100. Complete highway robbery it’s $400 more than another company to replace the valve and I still have a shower that doesn’t work. I wouldn’t recommend these people if they were the last company on earth I would rather go wash in a river.
Kyle was prompt and thorough. He gets 5 stars. Company gets zero stars. After all the work he did to provide me quotes the department manager decided they were not going to do any tunneling because of being short staffed. They should communicate this to their employees earlier. They lost a $40,000 job.
I am currently having an excellent experience with Plumbing Troopers! First, the representative I spoke with when I initially called was very polite and professional. She walked me through the next steps explaining who would contact me next. The scheduler contacted me and set up my appointment he was very pleasant and professional. I was contacted promptly when the schedule had to be rearranged. My Technician Joe was awesome! He arrived early, he was extremely professional and polite. He he made his analysis and explained the issue with my water heater. I appreciated the fact that he listened to me and and answered my many questions. I would rate my experience thus far as an excellent one. Just all around great service.
Air America has been my go-to AC company for many years and professional experienced technicians like Micheal Kertesz are why. Excellent service, great value, always on time when I need them.
In the past they were okay, but this time was a disaster. The guy caused the neighbors to call police, and company took him off the job. He was rude, and a poor communicator. Refused to talk to utility company about possibly being an outside issue. Tenants did not get the problem resolved over the Weekend. Monday another plumber went, and it seems to be resolved. The good thing is they took Guido off the job. He was totally inappropriate.
The gentleman who came out was very nice, but the problem is I did not schedule an appointment with this company. I had called to ask for a technician to speak with. I never scheduled an appointment.
Guido came out on time and was very professional, knowledgeable, and nice. I walked him through what was needed/my issue and within minutes knew what needed to be done and showed me an estimate for what was recommended. We settled on a deal and within the hr was completed. My only complaint would be the cost of the companies services, they are on the higher end of the competition, but you get what you pay for. If I ever need a plumber to come out again, I will personally request Guido only to come by and help out.
They were very nice and professional. He showed concern about my situation.. He tried his best to solve my issue.
I can't tell you how pleased I was with the service I received from Joe Garzon he was so professional and neat and explained just what he would need to do to fix my problem. I would use Plumbing Troopers again in a heartbeat and be sure to ask for Joe.
A/C drain line was clogged and Air America’s technician JR cleaned it. JR was professional and friendly. As he worked he explained everything that he was doing. He even went on the roof to check the unit there. Thank you JR.

Guido was my technician. He went above and beyond to address my unique plumbing situation. He arrived on time. He was professional, pleasant to deal with, and he was clean and neat in the work area. I have now used Air America twice: once for electrical and now plumbing. Both times my experience has been excellent. I highly recommend.
They gave the best quote from all the companies we saw and I wasn’t Disappointed in their service either. The plumbing installation for my commercial ice maker went great.
