I don't understand how people are giving this place positive reviews. You can't even get them on the phone. When you call it asks for a zip code and entering the zip code listed on their address doesn't connect you to any locations. If you try to talk to other locations they don't have a directory with numbers to forward you to. Another cheap company that uses useless auto dialers and robotic tellers instead of having real people pick up the phone.
Very fast and dependable service, Christian came out the same day for an emergency call and took care of my leaking toilet. Service was very quick and stress free. will definitely use again. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend! I needed services on short notice and this company was extremely responsive and worked in a free estimate the same day. Booked services for the following day and they were on time and completed the job with great quality and care! Reasonable price and very nice to deal with.
They were suppose to detect a leak instead they pulled up my toilet grease over a rusted seal and charge me $350 For nothing. I had to call in another plumber. And he found the leak. Service was done.
They were responsive unlike the two companies I called prior. One never called back and the other wanted $125 just to come out to assess the issue. When I first called 1800 plumber + air, Flordy asked for photos of the problem (piping under kitchen sink). Within a hour she came back with a fixed price (very affordable) and then scheduled a plumber for next day. Plumber reconfigured the complete piping. Great job!! Very happy!
They were expensive and unreliable. 4x they were to finish the job and never showed up. Their own plumbers didn't even agree on how to fix it.

They’re transparent and honest, which made me even more confident in having do the install which was a royal pain, but they made miracles happen and got it done! I can only say good things about 1800 Plumber +. I called different companies for quotes and from four of them 1800 Plumber was the most professional, accurate and knowledgeable to the problem. The price was also reasonable for the well done job of finding the leak and repair all the other necessary things. I will recommend this company to my family or friends.
