I have now had the pleasure of utilizing Duvall HVAC on two separate occasions. One for maintenance and one for repair. The owner even came to my home to help solve a problem I was having. When I say these folks are top notch, I mean it. They were so friendly to me and my family and the quality of service I received for a fair price. I will be using Duvall HVAC from now on and will be telling everyone I know to use them. Thank you Duvall HVAC! You made this hectic experience very easy for me!

We recently moved to Florida and had no idea who to contact regarding our AC maintenance. After being referred to Duval AC by one of their previous clients, we reached out to the company for an initial inquiry. They provided a prompt response and great service! We highly recommend this company to anyone regarding AC & Heating service. They are very professional and will take care of you from start to finish.
So grateful to have found this company. After using several different companies and always being told i needed hundreds worth of extras and i should just get a new unit, out of desperation i called this company, honestly expecting the same.. the tech came out, took one look at the unit, saw the kickstart the previous company told me i absolutely needed no doubt about it was what was causing my issues, he removed it in a minute & my AC was back to working! Their pricing was so good and they not once tried to sell me things i didnt need. I always recommend them to my neighbors & will continue to use them for all my AC needs!
I have used Mr. Duvall and his crew for many years. We moved into a new home January 10th and the home had a 20-year-old AC unit. I called him immediately because I knew that this unit, while working right now, wouldn't make it through the the summer. He had someone out within a week to look at the unit and let me know what we needed to do. He quoted me for a new unit and air handler and had it installed within a month. If you need AC or heating work or an entire new unit set up in your home, look no further than Duvall heating and air conditioning. I'll never use anyone else.
Very honest company with the best prices and customer service! I got Duvall for a 2nd opinion after I was quoted by Air 24/7 for $6500. Duvall fixed my Unit for $30. The only thing that was wrong with my unit was the wiring. I was about to be scammed by Air 24/7 because they said that my unit had a blown motor and a coil leak and that everything needed to be replaced; Jim diagnosed that there was not a blown motor or leak afterall. Jim Duvall saved me. Jim also installed a UV light in my unit to prevent mold growth and make the air in my house clean.

Jim Duvall is an honest business man. I have hired him for several job in my business but this weekend my home unit wasn't working. Jim was out right away to diagnose the problem. He said I needed a new unit but he showed me exactly what had gone wrong with my old unit. Giving me a very affordable price I told him replace it.The very next day he was at my house with a new unit. He had it replaced cleaned up his mess and the house was cool by time I got home. Thank y'all very much
