El día sábado 11/12/2022 tenían una cita para chequear el equipo de mi casa de 8 a 9 am y mientras esperaba por ellos el día sábado me escribieron ese mismo día que llegarían a las 10:30 am luego de eso acordamos suspender la cita de ese día para el miércoles 11/16/2022 a las 3:30 pm según email que me enviaron el día 11/14/2022, llega el día miércoles pido permiso en mi trabajo dejo de trabajar 2 horas nadie me las paga y eran las 4:30 y aún no llegaban y no llegaron aunque me respondieron pero igual no estoy satisfecho con su falta de respeto y impuntualidad
This is the second time we have had Infinity Air & Heat install our AC/Heat. First in a condo in 2016 and now in our home. The installers were professional, polite , knowledge, on time and they cleaned up after themselves. They answered my questions. I highly recommend Infinity Air & Heat.

My A/C was leaking refrigerant through a line underneath my house.. Keep in mind my unit is a 2021 unit.. When I heard the price for this repair I was skeptical to go with this company.. So I asked around, and found out that the quote they gave me was a very fair and competitive quote.. The Tech was amazing, and took pride in his work.. It obviously sucked to spend money on the repair, but I feel good knowing it was done right.
Riskli from Infinity Air & Heat were absolute professionals from our first interaction. After some bad luck, our central air unit died, the day we moved into our new home in central Florida. Riskli from Infinity Air & Heat was able to get me a very competitive price on a new AC unit. After some price shopping, I felt the most comfortable working with Riskli and Infinity. Because of how busy they were, he wasn't able to get to our job until Wednesday (it was Saturday). To ensure my family and I were comfortable in our new home, Riskli personally came over and recharged our existing unit, so we weren't too hot to stay in our new home. This certainly helped us until they were finally able to come in and remove our old unit, and install our new one. Riskli's team, headed up by Janner, were nothing but friendly, professional and courteous. This was not an easy job for them, but they made quick work of the job and did it well. My family and I are finally comfortable in our new home. This would not have been possible if it wasn't for Riskli and Infinity Air & Heat. A good AC company in Florida is like Oxygen, and I'm glad we found Riskli with Infinity Air and Heat. I strongly recommend them to anyone in the Central Florida area.
Great service John was very professional and did a excellent job on my new ac unit I recommend INFINITY AIR AND HEAT to anyone who wants quality job on the ac units
John was very professional and honest. He knew exactly how Freon to put in the unit and did not take advantage of my little knowledge to try to upsell things that were not needed. He showed up about 5 min the schedule time and took his time to explain step by step what needed to be done on my unit. I will continue to use their service and will recommend their service to all friends and family
