Great experience! This company was very responsive. Justin did a great job, was on time, professional, clean, and took the extra time to teach us about best practices for running the system efficiently. Will stay with this company as our Number one partner for our AC needs.
This company contracts other companies to do the work and don’t tell you. So work is over price since the work is done by a third party.. exp : AC cooling cleaning $850 I paid Unfortunately I had an emergency with my AC and had no other choice Do not use them
Very happy with the service provided by the team and their responsiveness. Very professional folks and knowledgeable with their work. They did a quality job and were available to answer all of my questions. They even came back a second time to answer some additional inquiries I had and the owner himself took the time to make sure everything was okay. I would highly recommend this company and will absolutely call Pembroke Pines Heating & Air Conditioning again.
The HVAC systems in several of our properties have been serviced and maintained by Pembroke Pines Heating & Air Conditioning. They are excellent communicators and always arrive on schedule. We have received exceptional care both during routine and emergency situations. And the modest cost of the twice-yearly maintenance visit is entirely justified.
Brian came out to service our HVAC system when our AC stopped working. He was knowledgeable and very friendly with our dog and our kids. He answered all of our questions and was able to track down the issue quickly and went out of his way to fix other poor workmanship from the previous repair man from a different company. He verified we were satisfied with the repair prior to leaving our house.
The service was great. Very friendly employees, very GOOD proces and I have to mention that they were very prompt. They arrived exactly when they said they would, let us know when they were on their way, so we could prepare for their arrival, and explained every element of the service they'd be providing along the way.
I had my entire AC unit replaced by Pembroke Pines Heating & Air Conditioning team last month. Everyone that I dealt with was so nice and professional. They helped us with picking out the perfect unit for our home. My family could not be happier with professionalism and workmanship that this company provided. AMAZING from start to finish. Greg was our customer service representative. He was pleasant and attentive to our needs. Installation of our new air conditioner and furnace went smoothly. No complaints. Very professional and knowledgeable staff. Pembroke Pines Heating & Air Conditioning is the best.
Alex was very professional and thorough in his assessment of our air conditioning problem. It didn't take him long to diagnose, fix the problem and ensure that the system was operating as expected. We have used Pembroke Pines Heating & Air Conditioning for previous heating and cooling situations and will continue to do so in the future. I highly recommend them!
