I have used Airtopia Inc services twice, the first time 3 years ago where I was having problems with my pool heater, Dale came really quickly reviewed and was able to fix it in the spot. this second time I remembered about dale when my heater failed again and call him he was at my home the same day and was able to once again fix the issue in the spot, he when thru what the issue was, showed me what he was fixing and did not try to sale me unnecessary equipment, but rather looking for what was actually required. I will definitely keep using Airtopia for my heather and AC needs.

I recently moved into a new house and was having issues with my AC system. The coils and vents were clogged with mold, and the AC was not functioning properly due to many defective parts. We recently purchased our house in Pembroke Pines (12/27/23) after paying a premium inspection and “ensuring” that the AC, the roof, and the pool were all brand new. Four months later (Saturday, 05/06/23), my AC stopped working. I first thought the Nest was malfunctioning, and I couldn’t figure it out. I googled 24/7 AC repair in my area and called a good list of 13 open businesses, but none were available to come on the same day. Airtopia was #17. Gale came over within 40 min and immediately diagnosed the problem: the safety switch. He offered a deeper diagnosis and revealed the dangerous amount of mold in the vent and the system we didn't even suspect existed. Gale was excellent and is coming back to clean up the mold. He will also be installing the pool heater. Gale would answer any call, even at 3 AM.
Dale has helped us several times in the past and has provided excellent service and demonstrated excellent knowledge in his craft. This time was no different as he replaced our malfunctioning thermostat in an efficient and timely manner. What I love most about Dale however is that he always takes time to talk and communicate with you and has an amazing positive energy. Thank you Dale!
I used Airtopia many years ago to redo my home whole AC system including new ducting work in West Davie and when I recently needed to contract an AC maintenance service in my office in Cooper City, Airtopia was the one to call. Dale, Airtopia’s owner is a mechanical engineer so you get much more than an skilled AC technician but a knowledgeable professional. I expected to be serviced by a technician but Dale did the job in person and boy he did it well, he was on time and did his job as promised at a very reasonable price. Very impressive and I highly recommend this company.

My ac wasn't working last night. Airtopia came out within thirty minutes and repaired the ac. He came back and cleaned the evaporator coils. I have a new born so he tremendously helped us out.

My pool heater was not working, so I called 2 companies that told me that i needed a new pool heater without even checking my pool heater they just look at my pool heater. So in my third attempt I called Artopia, inc, and What a difference!!! He came over, took the time to check my pool heater and he fix it.
