Scott and his company have always done me right. They installed a new AC unit 10 years ago and it is still going strong. I had a clogged drain pipe recently and they were able to get out quickly and fix the issue. Would highly recommend A/C Outfitters.
Ever since moving to Parrish I've had my eye out for a great A/C repair service. Well, I just found the place! Fast service even after hours. Got my A/C up and running in no time, on a super hot day. No hidden fees. Honest, reliable, and professional, can't ask for much more! Thank you to Scott. Will definitely recommended to the community and my neighbors.

Scott and his team restored our hope that there are trustworthy AC professionals in the world! We had a previous company come out and quote us for "severely impacted" coils on our AC. They blamed wrong sized filters for this and quoted us $1550 to repair it. The worst part about this was the fact that this same company had come out multiple times previously to fix leaks, saw our filters, and never said they were wrong. When we called Scott out for a second opinion, he discovered the other company was incorrect and that the work they did while looking at the coils which was vacuuming out the drain lines fixed the leak. While the filters were the incorrect size, the coils were not impacted at all. From our perspective this other company tried to scam is out of $1550. Thank you so much to Scott and his team! Its clear that Scotts 30+ years of experience shines through with how quickly he was able to resolve the situation and his detailed explanation's. Any further services we need for us or our family will be going to you.

Scott showed up shortly after our call for emergency service; on a Sunday. He quickly identified the problem and got our system blowing cold air again. We will be signing up for a maintenance contract with ac outfitters next week.

We have used AC Outfitters for over ten years. Whenever we've had an issue, they respond quickly. For example, our air went out late one summer afternoon several years ago, and we called. Scott stopped by on his way home, diagnosed the issue and replaced the part. Our air was back up and running within about an hour and a half! When the heat stopped working on our old unit, Scott asked us how often we used the heat each year. When we realized it was only a handful of days, he recommended against fixing the heat due to the cost of the repair, as opposed to a new unit. Instead, he recommended waiting until we were ready to replace the entire unit, and invest our money there. Our old unit happened to make it several more years, and we were able to save the money for a new unit over that time. I appreciate that he was looking out for my interests instead of just doing what would make him money the quickest. When it was time to get a new AC unit, we shopped around and talked to several companies. We also looked at Consumer Reports: they recommend American Standard AC units above anything else. Guess who installed those? Not the "big names" we spoke to, but AC Outfitters. Based on that, and our history with them, we decided to buy from them. We've been very pleased with the new unit that was installed prior to COVID, as we spent more time in the house for a while, and it was always comfortable! Scott has come to look at our AC in a dinner jacket on his way out for the evening. He has called me while he was on a trip out of state for his anniversary. He's allowed us to borrow a portable AC unit - at no cost - while waiting for a part to come in. He has always given the impression that he is about putting service to the customer first. We initially chose AC Outfitters based on the recommendation of some trusted friends. Based on our experiences, we've now been recommending AC Outfitters to others for several years.
Power surges from Ian knocked out our a/c. We contacted 5 a/c companies and the soonest anyone could come was 4 or 5 days due to the hurricane until we spoke to A/C Outfitters office manager who assured us someone would help us the same day. 4 hours later Scott arrived (owner of A/C Outfitters) and had our A/C back up and working within 15 minutes AND the service call pricing was 30% lower than quoted by other companies. They will be the only company we call for our A/C service in the future. Thank you to Scott and his team for their quick, courteous and professional help, we HIGHLY recommend them!

High quality, professional service! They provided true emergency service for us. I was not a prior customer of theirs, but when our AC suddenly went out they were very quick to diagnose and fix our problem. Scott was at my house very soon after our call (at 8pm!). This turned out to be a major repair and Scott and his team did a great job getting us up and running very quickly. Would highly recommend!!
Thursday, I woke up to a hot home. Told a friend who knew the owner of AC Outfitters. They called me on the same day. Scott came as expected. Very professional! I have been using A/C outfitters for about 15 years now. . Scott and his team are true professionals. The last service was done recently. I made a call to Debbie in the office, and she had someone at my house within an hour. A/C outfitters does excellent work at a very fair price. Personally I would never use another A/C company. Extremely satisfied and grateful.
WOW - best HVAC experience. A/C came highly recommended and they did not disappoint. We moved our AC unit from the back of the house to the side and they did an exceptional job. On time, professional, knowledgeable, we could not be happier and we strongly recommend A/C Outfitters - super experience, super staff!
Our AC stopped working during the hottest temperatures so far this year. A/C Outfitters was there within a few hours of our late night call for help.
