A really great experience with A/C Doctors today, the man arrived on time, was knowledgeable and informative about my problem and the repair. Highly recommend this company if your A/C fails.
This family owned and operated company is the best I've found in south florida.
Shout-out to Jordan for coming over to diagnose my system not heating in that recent cold snap we had! He could have charged me a pretty substantial repair fee but instead was honest enough to point out that my issue was quite trivial and that I could fix it myself. Glad to see there are companies out there still working for customer satisfaction and not purely profit.
Jay is simply the best. You don’t find people like him anymore. I have 2x 9 year old units in a house I moved into last year. The first one failed 6 months ago. I called Jay and he came within an hour, was super friendly and honest. He fixed the problem (capacitor) and gave me the best price I have ever seen from an HVAC tech. Second unit failed yesterday. I thought, oh must be a capacitor, so I tested it (it was bad) and replaced it, but the fan and compressor still didn’t work. I’m expecting to have to replace the unit now. He comes and checks the unit, and then works through his steps, and identified that it was a power issue within a couple minutes. He stayed with me to debug it, we found the issue, and got it working! And again, best price. You can’t go wrong with him.

I used this company to install my system in 2017. Today, on a Sunday, following a blip in the electric system, I called and Jay came out. Within 10 minutes he diagnosed and replaced my capacitor. Ethical and fair even though he had closed for the day. I will use no one else.
Love them!!! They installed my new AC a few years ago and have stayed on top of maintenance without any calls from me!! They are always on time! They are extremely proactive and relay a lot of information so that we are on top of our home maintenance in between preventive maintance services. You would be silly to call someone else for AC installation and/or repair. As a single mom with 2 little ones, they are a perfect fit for my home! One less home item for me to worry about!
NOTE: A/C DOCTORS LOST THEIR ORIGINAL 200 REVIEWS, IN CASE YOU'RE WONDERING WHY THE DON'T HAVE MORE! Called on a Sunday after my A/C stopped cooling. Jay called me back and came out within an hour. Now, my a/c is ancient, so I was preparing for the bad news of having to replace it. Jay opened up the outside unit and immediately could tell that the capacitor (whatever that is) was blown. He went to his truck and came back in five minutes with a new capacitor. To my great surprise and relief, when he turned the system on, the compressor roared back to life. Only cost me $175 instead of $4K! Now if Jay had told me I needed a new system, I would've believed him. Unless you've been to HVAC school, you're at the mercy of whatever A/C company you can find. I'm so glad I found Jay. Honest, hardworking guy who wants to help customers and not just sell them whatever he can. That's hard to find. I'm sure my A/C system only has a limited amount of life left in it, and I'll be calling A/C Doctors and Jay when the time comes to replace it! Thank you!!
They are the absolute best at what they do. The response time is outstanding if not immediate. The work performed is beyond satisfactory, professional and complete the first time out. We all use a lot of different vendors, i.e. plumbers, electricians, etc. These guys are simply the best.

5+++ stars. Company’s owner has always been responsive, courteous, and professional. The owner/operator knew exactly what the issue was with my two AC units. His pricing is incredibly reasonable compared to other companies. He goes above and beyond the call of duty. I would recommend the AC Doctor of South Florida over any other company. I promise you will not be disappointed.
Called Jay when the AC stopped working, he squeezed me in and came the same day. Jay checked the power coming in the AC and found out that the power voltage isn’t right. Traced it down to a fuse in the electrical box. He took pictures of it and sent it to an electrician to come and fix it. After the electrical issue was taken care of, Jay came again and fixed the AC. Great service, great attitude. Highly recommend him.
Quick response, I called them for a second opinion and saved me from replacing my unit. I highly recommend them.

Very professional. Honest, fair prices, little things like wearing booties, wiping down areas he was touching. Not an aggressive salesperson scaring you into things, shows you what he is doing and what the issues are. Will definitely recommend them.
