Excellent company and world class professionals - highly recommend! They came out and replaced a whole AC system same day, and cleaned/sanitized all the duct-work. Very courteous and knowledgeable technicians, able to answer all my questions throughout the process. Also very attentive to detail and left the place cleaner than they found it. Can't say enough positive things about this crew!!

Oscar came out right away...diagnosed problem...repaired in the spot!! He was well dressed, professional, knowledgeable & friendly. Five Star all the way!!! This is a quality company!!!!
My wife called me at work saying the A/C was blowing warm air, not good when its 93 outside. I called Premier in the late afternoon and was very surprised they were able to get a tech out within 2 hours of my call. Their technician was there for about 60-90 mins and fixed the problem. The amount I paid was very reasonable as well, a very good surprise. Great company.
This company is a life saver! They will be the only place I call from now on for HVAC service. I would give them 6-7-8 stars if I could. We are not here all year, and I came in town for 2 days to have other contractors do work at our condo. The company that was supposed to come and do maintenance on my AC never showed up. After calling multiple companies and no one was available for at least 2 weeks, I called and left a message with Premier. Able called me back in a matter of minutes. I told him my situation and that I was only in town for about 48 hours. This was late on a Tuesday. He had a technician at my condo the following morning exactly when he said they would show up! The technician was very friendly and professional. He was super thorough, found a couple of problems with our AC that were getting ready to become really big problems. We were only weeks away from our AC completely going out, and one good storm away from the AC falling over. The technician not only fixed all the AC issues but even installed new tie down brackets to secure our unit on the roof! Since they were coming out to do maintenance and then found some of the issues, they rolled it all into one service call, gave me a great price, and did all the work in a couple of hours. It is really hard to find good contractors and I'm so glad I found Premier. Responsive, Friendly, Professional, Thorough, Great Service, Great Price. I will definitely recommend them to anyone who needs work done.
We attempted to use this company and the lack of communication has been astounding. We requested emergency service on Friday (after speaking with the office manager the week before regarding the upcoming work we would like assistance with and were told how much more they can do than just what we were looking for) and after multiple calls (12 to be exact) were told they would be onsite Saturday by noon. We were notified no one showed and attempted to reach out again with no success. We genuinely were very excited to work with this company but the lack of communication and the complete disregard for emergencies has made us concerned that we would not be in great hands. Unfortunately we had high expectations after speaking with the office manager and were surprisingly let down. We wish this company the best in their future business relations but we cannot recommend their service as we were completely tossed aside in such an egregious way that it has tainted any chance of doing business.
We used this service based on a recommendation from our realtor for our home in December. They installed a new unit for our home (previously they also serviced the home before we moved in). We have been nothing but dissatisfied since they have installed our new unit. Abel, the owner, is not reachable. And the service they have to call and schedule never relays any messages. I was even told by one of the representatives that if it has to do with an issue regarding warranty/installed units that she could not help me - which was ridiculous. We have reached out multiple times to tell him our concerns about the constant motor running which he states is just some new dehumidifying technology they installed. We have no idea how much money we have lost from our energy bill having this motor run 24/7. We tell him about our concerns and he always states that there is nothing wrong. We had to get a second opinion and pay another company to diagnose the issue. The new unit that was installed had fault drip trays and faulty wiring and the motor running was not the fancy more expensive dehumidifer he stated but infact the motor itself that was breaking down and running constantly - both problems which were fixed and diagnosed INSTANTLY by the other company. We have even paid this company to come out to check the unit multiple times, so overall are at a financial loss from using them. Please use with caution.
Called around 1:30 today then waited close 6 hours. I called 2 twice 4:30 and 6 pm to find out when the tech will arrive. I received the tech will call when he will arrive. 7pm and now looking for another ac company. No call no show….unprofessional.
My technician, Jose, did a great job diagnosing and fixing my problem. It was fast and easy from start to finish. He was on his way to my house when it was time to pick my daughter up from school and it was not a problem for him to wait a couple of minutes until I got back, which I really appreciated. I was able to make an appointment for the very next day when a different company wouldn't have been able to make a repair call for 5 days. Highly recommend their service!
Completely satisfied. No surprises, quote was met exactly as stated. Great quality system with very professional install. Pricing is very competitive. You probably won't find a better price with this level of brand quality and workmanship. They take the time to do it right, no short cuts, and every detail is correct and complete. They also are very honest about what you need and don't need, no over selling like some of the others that I had quote the job. The owner also takes the time to answer all your questions and explain things in a very understandable yet fully technical way. If you need a new HVAC system, these are the guys to go with.

I could go on and on about Abel and his group! Setting up an appointment was simple, and they did a great job of informing me of their arrival time and doing so on time. They were very professional and worked to troubleshoot my problems before providing me with a variety of solutions to solve them. Because I decided to upgrade my system, the task ended up being very extensive, yet the Service Expert stayed late into the night to finish it for me, which I truly appreciated. Jose and his crew had a terrific work ethic, were intelligent, polite, and had excellent technical and communication abilities. I am ecstatic about the work they accomplished.
Very professional; we called them since our air conditioner system had broken down. Although the ac unit could have been replaced, we chose against doing so because our finances did not allow it. Jose, our hvac technician, completed the repair to my hvac system much more quickly than we had anticipated and made sure we reviewed the repair once he was finished to ensure we were happy with the outcome. It was also expertly fixed. He gave us time to consider our selections before thoroughly discussing the air conditioning features, and he was quite knowledgeable about the warranty as well. I heartily endorse them.
My air conditioning had died, so Matt was dispatched to perform an ac repair. As soon as he arrived, we swiftly reviewed my case, and I received the quote. He was highly knowledgeable and promptly responded to all my inquiries before starting work. When he entered and announced that the job was finished, I was astounded. When he was finished, everything was spotless, and my day transformed from being cloudy to being sunny and clear. Personally, I couldn't think of a finer way to cap off a miserable day. I will be using Premier Heating & Cooling for my air conditioning repair requirements, which I would strongly advise you to do as well. A special thank you to Matt who made it all possible today.
Our new furnace and AC were installed by Premier, and they performed a fantastic job. Both Corey and Jack were cordial and competent. They were on time and gave a thorough explanation of the tasks they would be performing that day. As they worked, they took great care to cover our carpets, shield the house from any harm, and clean up after themselves. We had a great experience overall and are pleased with the new system they installed. I'd suggest them to everyone.
We received two portable units on loan from people who were competent, kind, and sympathetic while we awaited the installation. Jose was fantastic! No problems with the neighbors and the installation was completed on time. Despite the complexity of our location, they were able to install without incident. Even if the price of the unit is a little higher than that of other vendors, I hope the business can maintain its high standards of service. I've never used this vendor before. Continue your wonderful work.
I have already used Premier Heating & Cooling a few times, and each time, I have been quite pleased. Online scheduling is quite convenient. I received a text stating that Oscar was the employee arriving and what time I should anticipate him. He was very professional, on time, finished the job well, and cleaned up everything before leaving. Before we started our repairs, he made sure I was aware of my alternatives and the price. I'll undoubtedly keep using this business!
Another melbourne company quoted me 8k for the same job. Premier quoted me $725. I was in the process of buying a room ac unit so id only have access to one room in my house. If the repair works I will be amazed. Thank you guys.
Oscar is awesome! He’s been to my house for installation and maintenance of my A/C units several times. He’s a great asset to Premier with his professionalism and attention to details. He also goes above and beyond to keep my pets safe and secure while he’s working in the yard. I’m eternally grateful for that. Thank you!
Very professional. They had some curb balls thrown at them beyond their control but they followed through until system worked well. Neat install of equipment and done right. Competition pricing. Great service. They went the extra mile to get us up and running within 48 hours. Replaced the evaporator. Kept us informed every step of the way and was always truthful. I will never call anyone else.
