Today was the third time that I use this company and I have been very happy every time I have used them. They do not try to upsell and they have excellent technicians. They did a very comprehensive job and fixed my ac at a reasonable price
I called and made an appointment to have someone come out to see if my ducts needed to be replaced. Shawn, the owner, came out & recommended sealing. Very professional, personable & honest. Got my estimate later that day. Robert & Isaiah did the repair work and I was very pleased . They did a great job ! I would highly recommend this company.

I had a problem with my AC not blowing cold. Initially, I called another local company 2 weeks ago and they failed to diagnose the problem. "It's hot outside". Nonsense. My electric bill exploded to $350 in August because of the problem. I called Platt's today and they sent a tech over within an hour. Dalton was professional and polite but most importantly, skilled enough to diagnose the problem before even turning a wrench. Sure enough he was right; the heater was running with the AC and pulling a lot of electricity. The result? No cold air and a huge electric bill. He fixed the problem within minutes and only charged me the service fee. I will use this company from now on and spread the word. I suggest you use them also.

If I could give more stars I would!!!!!!!!! No AC in THIS WEATHER! 90'S DURING THE DAY - OVER 101 HEAT INDEX AND HUMIDITY OVER 80% DAILY. Joey was out on time to our condo this morning. We have had an ongoing problem with AC "backing up" and not dripping outside. We have had someone out before and they seemed to just put a bandaid on the problem. Joey went above and beyond to identify what was happening over and over and completely took care of it. He explained very well how to prevent this from happening in the future. Joey deserves a big raise. Thanks so much!
Moved into a new (older) home. Platt's was recommended by a roofing contractor. The service tech was on time and extremely knowledgeable. He was here for a very long time, answered every question and checked out our system at length. When it was time to pay the bill, I questioned the amount, as I had expected it to be twice what it was. 5 ***** for this company. Highly recommend them.
Had our AC repaired today by Joey Baldwin. Very nice, polite & professional young man. Very thankful it was repaired the same day we called. Been using Platts for eight years now & always been pleased with their service.
They are not very transparent with their pricing. They came out to evaluate my broken AC with no mention of a fee, and six months later I get a bill for $120 for NOT fixing my AC.
I highly recommend Platt’s A/C. Extremely courteous, caring, knowledgeable and honest. They arrived on time, properly diagnosed my issue and affordably resolved my problem. 5 Stars!!!!!
