We have lived in our home for 2 years where Florida Breeze handled the installation of the HVAC system. This past May, we lost all cooling in the house. We called them out to service and repair, which was initially thought as a leak in the evaporator coil and accumulator. While our units were warrantied, we were charged $1100 for labor. Well, after a 9(!!) hour day of work from their technician not completely knowing the problem and losing cooling within the very next day, additional visits from two more techs “correctly” diagnosed the problem as a leak in the underground chase line. I was told by their service manager that it would be an additional $2300 for repairs, after a 10 percent discount for the inconvenience. I am completely unsatisfied and beside myself that they are not more accountable. After almost two months of no AC in the summer, we are now with another company who are treating us with more respect, and after hearing their horror stories from other former clients of Florida Breeze, I am no longer surprised. I did originally give two stars but one leaked out of the rating before I posted this.
Joe the technician was very knowledgeable and professional. Rates were reasonable. Arrived at the exact appointment time. Air is working perfectly now thanks to Joe.
New AMANA invertor AC unit installed JUN 2018, 10 year warranty parts and labor, unit has died 4 times, one time freon leaked charged me 300.00 only to have it leak again, reason was for poor craftsmanship and quality control at the factory but they tried to charge me for a leak that was out of my control. They didn't even refund me what I paid for the on intial call. Every time the unit dies it takes 48-72 hours for an appointment. The install was outstanding, this included a new lineset. When the technicians show up they are ontime and professional. You think you're buying a quality AC unit, with support, the unit is garbage and getting help when it breaks just makes you sweat They don't even have the respect to call the customer and tell them the parts won't arrive for 1 or 2 weeks. They were great to work with , from the salesman to the techs. Who Installed my new AC unit. The price was great. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for an AC system.
I had three amazing Techs from Florida Breeze come out to replace my entire AC Unit. They were on time (actually early), they were so polite. They worked together seamlessly & fast. All were informative. They made sure the cat didn't get out. They explained all the details about the new unit. And the Parts and Labor Warranty is a no brainer. Not on other company offered 10 years on LABOR, for a few extra bucks. And it's transferable. Another option I was not given by competitors. And the same great service came from their office, the Sales Rep, etc. If you need any work done, you would be a fool not to call Florida Breeze first!!!!!!!!!! Thank you
Doing business with Florida Brezze for 14 years. You can expect high quality ac units, honest and courteous service. Just had a 14 year old unit replaced in a matter of 6 1/2 hours. We always purchase the 10 year service/maintenance plan. Every time we need them, it is same day response. Lowest price we have found in Melbourne area. Florida Breeze conducted a performance inspection and several repairs on my A/C during closing. They signed off that the unit required no additional repairs, conducted maintenance, and a performance check. After closing, excessive external condensation was causing an issue and water was leaking on my filter. Both the service manager and the tech were friendly and helpful. However, the tech notified me that the unit required an $850 repair since the coils were in terrible shape - something the original tech missed in the inspection. The unit is currently under warranty for parts from the original install. Still, Florida Breeze - and apparently the owner specifically - is not willing to correct for the unresolved issues missed in the inspection attempting to shift an $850 expense in my direction. To summarize, Florida Breeze failed to conduct an adequate inspection, they fail to honor their warranty, and I'll be working to help find some motivation for them to correct for this issue. Quite a failure on their part unfortunately.
Excellent, professional installation of our HVAC unit. Nic and Joey were true pros with the install and made sure cleanup was done to our satisfaction before leaving. Great communication from Shawn (our sales person), friendly office staff, and just overall a great company for ac installs. Thank you Florida Breeze.
We had a compressor blow overnight. They had staff at our house the next day and gave us a repair estimate on the spot. A good repair price and respectful staff. A good company to do business with.
Left a message for a call back was told someone would call me within hour. I'm still waiting. Glad it wasn't an emergency.

Highly recommend Florida Breeze! We've used their emergency services and signed up for their maintenance program. Everyone we've worked with has been professional, kind, and courteous. Their technicians are very knowledgeable, and don't mind answering questions.
Prompt service on non-functional system. The tech (Jason) ID’d a minor part on the motor to replace. But he didn’t stop there! Cleared the condensate line & noted the furnace filter’s correct size (my mistake), so…as fast as a hobo on a sandwich, the A/C is running at peak efficiency. Would recommend & use the again w/o hesitation! Thanks!!!
We had Florida Breeze install a new Goodman Heat Pump on one of our rental homes. Jeff and Jeff were very professional, on time, awesome workmanship. Needless to say if we are ever in need of another a/c system for our own home or our rentals these guys will be the first we call. In the times we live in today it is hard to find good quality work and these two were excellant. The price was reasonable as compared to others in town. They even drove from Palm Bay to Titusville and had the job done in the same day. Very happy and so is our long term Tenant.

We just lost heat on Christmas early morning. We called them and were told a technician would call us. After 5 hours in a cold house in the middle of a cold snap we called another company and their tech was here within the hour. So today, a Florida breeze tech shows up. Just shows up. No call, no text, no email. Won't use them ever again. BS on the 24/7 emergency service they claim to have
Having an HVAC system replaced was dreaded until we spoke with Florida Breeze. The response was same day. The whole system work up was done the next day. The install crew was totally professional, hard working, efficient, and cleaned up all of the mess. Cowboy & Rick took time to explain what was going on and answered all questions. The office staff was prompt and polite providing all the resources we needed. A totally first class operation from start to finish and provided at a very reasonable price. Jeff and Jeff came out and did an amazing job!!! Guys were VERY POLITE and VERY PROFESSIONAL. Arrived on time, did an excellent job of installing and did an extraordinary job of cleaning up. Before they left they made sure that I understood how the new unit worked and showed me how to do the monthly maintenance. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company. Wish I could of gave them 100 stars!
It was time to replace my original 12-year-old system, as I'd had 3 breakdowns with it this year, one of which was the compressor which was a full miserable week in 90+ degree weather in September when the temps were still high. I decided that was it. Florida Breeze came highly recommended to me, and I could see why from the beginning. Ned came by to assess my home, check out my current unit, and give me some options for my new system. I could tell I was dealing with an honest company from the beginning, as Ned asked me if I wanted a dual compressor or single compressor unit. I asked him what he recommended. While he could have stated he'd recommend a dual compressor, he did the opposite, he asked me a couple questions about my home and current "comfort level" with my current system, and said they would be glad to sell me a dual compressor system, but that he didn't feel I needed it. That's the kind of salesmen I like. We got the details worked out, the paperwork was in my email the following day to sign, and the installers were there the following week to do the install. My installers were Cowboy and Rick. I could tell from the start that these guys knew their trade. They were courteous, efficient, and not to mention just cool and personable (no pun intended on the cool), and showed up with the city permit in hand. They worked in sync as though they'd done 1,000 installs together (and they probably have). The guys started about 0900 that morning, and didn't finish until about 1540 that day, because they don't rush, they take their time, and do the job right the first time, and are very meticulous. Once they got the new system running, Cowboy sat me down and we went over all of the paperwork and such, and he showed me how to work the new thermostat. Just quality customer service, top to bottom.
