Called aj at R&A and he had chris come out within the hour to look at my ac on this scorcher day with probably many calls. Great service and explanations of what’s going on with the inspection. I highly recommend them for your needs!
Thank you so much, Phil and Brian! We had the most amazing experience with this company, thanks to their amazing employees! Both Phil and Brian went above and beyond to see if our unit was still under warranty when our fan gave out. They saved this big time on the bill and got us OEM parts the same day! I would highly recommend R and A industries to anybody needing help with their air conditioning systems!
I love R&A! I have used them for a while! They do my AC maintenance! Technician Phil came out today and assessed the problem that my AC system wasn't cooling well enough. He was communicative, polite, super nice and fixed my system!
Luis was excellent He reparied my outlet and I am now back up and running to work from home.

R&A went above and beyond for me. I had someone else install a Nest thermostat & my HVAC system started going haywire. I had to call R&A industries to do damage control. They scheduled me promptly that day. Phil showed up on time. He was Incredibly professional, fixed my issue incredibly fast & was super thorough so I wasn’t suffering in the Fl summer heat anymore. Phil was great I called this morning they were able to fit me in. He tested all issues and found the problem and got me squared away. I truly appreciate the impromptu visit as it's not fun having no AC for 3 days over the holiday weekend. Talk about employee going above and beyond their call is duty... Phil was headed out after completing job and my son burst out can you fix my scooter.. I'm like he fixes ACs not scooters lol. Phil says let me look at.. And says I can take care of that real quick n grabs a tool driver to fix the scooter. Now an employee with compassion and great work ethic. Thanks for your assistance and Thank God I now have cool air again 😁

Great service! Our ac was out for 2 days. Phillip Rollins was very kind to come out on Mother's Day evening to troubleshoot the issue and quickly identify the problem. He repaired some faulty wiring and replaced a bad thermostat and got it back up and running. Phillip was very courteous and professional. Definitely recommend!
Our tech Phil Rollins came over for an ac repair job that turned out to be a bigger job. He stayed and made sure we got our AC back up. Hes friendly knowledgeable. Clearly explained the complexities of what was wrong with our AC and how he could help.
Our ac started freezing up and we got super lucky. Phil R. is the best Technician I've ever had. He was very personable and explained the potential causes clearly, then worked through the testing and correction of them like a scientist. 10/10 would recommend.
