The technician was methodical and checked every function of my air conditioner found the problem and corrected it I would highly recommend Total Comfort to anyone who desires the best all around air condition service.

Does anybody else notice that after A/C service or repair there are fewer and fewer self tapping screws left holding your A/C panels on?? You think for $99.95 they could carry a box of self tapping screws with them to replace the ones they drop and cannot or do not bother to recover.

We had them install are new carrier over 5 yrs ago & have never gad a problem with my air conditioner. We do the maintenance 2 x a year ! All there service has been great !!! Very sat with there services
This company was there for 15 min and double charged me for the same thing. I called a number of times having to explain this. After a number attempts they finally fixed the invoice and refunded us the over charge.
Ever since they have installed our new HVAC system 2 years ago they have been so easy to work with. We have been fortunate to have had the same technician for just about every service, DAVID is absolutely the best ever and actually, I don't even want any other technician to ever service our HVAC system other that David. He's kind, considerate, helpful knowledgeable and just a true joy to be around.
