Installed a contactor. Business denies having us as a customer!
Bought a medium priced heating and cooling system one and a half years ago. Failed permit inspection. When heating season came the system wouldn’t turn on and a service technician had to come back and couldn’t understand why the original installer failed to do this. They never explained how to keep drain line clear which became a problem ( our problem ) service call $260 later fixed and now know how to keep it clear. Complain to head office to no avail. I do not recommend this company sorry.

Do not do business with them. They are a very dishonest company. They installed 3/4 ton units when I bout two units. Then when I confronted them they promised service and filters. They purposely don’t answer our calls. They are the worst. Please email me if you have any questions. I will be more then happy to tell you all about other things they have done.

Extremely disappointed with the quality of work and employees. We were told 3 days for new duct work, it took 6. That would not have been a problem if it was truly finished, we had to call multiple times for work to be fixed, one room did not even have AC. After things were checked and they left we still found problems. Unprofessional employees that smoked in my home & disposed of them in my yard and flower pots. The inappropriate way a particular employee spoke with my husband and self was shocking. When my husband asked how much longer they think it would be this employee said “why don’t you come up here and try it”. I entered the house to grab a few things and that employee asked me if I lived alone and continued inappropriate questions, I felt so uncomfortable I left even though this is my home. Couldn’t be more unhappy. While I’m sure every company has its defaults, this job was a mess and has left a distasteful impression.

my electric bills were going through the roof.My old a/c unit was the reason.I called Air One and arranged to meet with salesman Dan.He explained that my current 3.5 ton unit was in fact too small for my 2100sq ft.home.Rule of thumb is one ton for every 500sq.ft of living space.So we went from a 3.5 ton to a 4ton unit.Our new york unit had a seer rating of 21.The installation team was absolutely terrific......on time and very professional.They did an outstanding job.My electric bill went from $ 350 per month to just over $200.per mo. Needless to say I'm quite happy with the product and AIR ONE.Nice job fellas!!
Great price for a new A/C and air handler. Great staff from the receptionist when you call them to the salesman that comes to your house to make sure you are buying the correct unit size for your house or business to the professional technicians that install the new system. They are knowledgeable, polite and courageous that really reflects why Air One Heating and Cooling is one of the best in Volusia County. Call them. You too will be impressed.
I had a moisture problem at my residence which I thought was a roof leak. Upon inspection I noticed extreme moisture to the ceiling coming from a duct box and four sections of duct work. They appeared to be very old. A friend recommended Air One to me as he had a similar problem. I called and within a day I received a call from Dan. He was here the next day, checked it out and gave me an estimate. I had just purchased this residence and it had a brand new AC system, including ducts installed. It was done by an AC company out of Orlando. They replaced all ducts except the box and ducts on the second floor They also left the old hand handler in that attic. Within two days his crew came. They replaced the box, ducts and also removed the old air handler. They were extremely knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Very neat and clean. The price was reasonable. Haven’t had any moisture since. I plan on having a service contract when my current one expires. Extremely pleased and would recommend Them to anyone

The experience from the initial consultation included options that were clearly explained without any pressure. The costs were reasonable and came in slightly lower than other estimates I got. The day of the install began on time and with polite, respectful crew that assured me about the work that was being done before they began. I would highly recommend anyone to give them a try with confidence.
Air One is my only call for any installs or repair. I am a property manager and homeowner. I have done A/c Install and repairs in my youth. I have now purchased six units installed by Air One. They are competitively priced, responsive, and they stand by their work. They are detailed and explain everything as they go. Trustworthy to be in my home(s). Good community citizens. Anyone would be foolish to not get a quote from them on any new install or to call them for any repair. No higher recommendation from where I sit.
Old unit took a hit by lightning. Air One responded immediacy and within 24 hours a brand new entire unit was installed. They also helped with information I needed to make a claim through my insurance.
We bought an older house with an old AC. 3 days after moving in our air conditioner went out. Air One came out on a Sunday for an emergency service call and got us going. The AC being 16 years old had issues the next day they came out again for no charge. We got a great quote for a new system and they had it installed 4 days later for a very good price. During the time our old ac was out they even brought out and installed a wall shaker to help beat the heat temporarily for no charge. This is the best experience my wife and I have ever had with an AC company and we would highly recommend them.
My initial appointment was with Don and he was on time and very polite. He spent time looking at all parts of the house making recommendations along the way as to what he thought might suit our needs best. He wasn't just in and out like some of the other companies were at my other appointments. On the day of install they were on time, very professional and courteous and even made friends with my German Shepherd which was appreciated and made the whole day easier. They assisted in helping me get my new thermostat working well. I've been contacted several times to make sure I am happy and everything is working well. The customer service with Air One has been quite impressive to say the least.
