Jordan called and showed up early. My 87 year old mother and father were in sweltering heat all day. The system had given out the day before. Lucky it was cool at night in the 60's where we live but by noon we were in the high 80's inside the house again. Technician knew exactly what was wrong. We are cool now! Thank you a million times thank you.
Very easy to work with and kudos to both Laura and Jordan for explaining my AC problems and what is needed to get the AC replaced.
We have dealt with many AC companies and none hold a candle to Webster AC. Jordan was our service person. He was reliable, on time, efficient and knowledgeable, not to mention a man of integrity. He diagnosed the problem and provided what was needed. Oh, and by the way, Laura in the office, was wonderful, friendly and so so efficient. We have always experienced excellent service from Webster AC, and have used the company exclusively for nearly a decade. Recently, we became even more impressed when we moved into our current residence and they performed a thorough evaluation of our system, ducts and air flow. They upgraded us to a bigger system, installed larger air ducts, additional vents, and ensured the air flow was balanced and sufficient for the home size and porch addition. The team was exceptionally courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend and trust the company for any heating and cooling needs that arise, including annual maintenance, service repair, air flow evaluation and system installation!

Had an appointment for 9 am so I stayed home from work. No one showed up so I called repeatedly and when I finally got through they said, sorry we can't come today, we can come on on Tuesday. Complete waisted day for me staying home from work.
They come promptly, fix the problem and do not charge outrageously.

Brent and Michael installed a brand new air handler and A/C unit in a single day; leaving no mess and being very unobtrusive and quiet. Absolutely perfect professionalism throughout the entire service. Don't hesitate, these guys are the best around.
