Few weeks ago I wasn't able to find a part number for heatcraft unit, no names, no part number, no labels. Visited few supply houses prior went to UR branch 68. Brian went throw schematics, part number lists and finally get in contact with manufacture. I received the correct part, was a special harness wire connector plug. Great service

I have been going to United for 13 years. Brian and his staff have always been friendly and helpful. Brian has always been willing to go above and beyond in helping me find parts or just ask questions even after hours and on weekends.
Center sales Rep Brian is the best counter guy in the industry. Vast knowledge of parts and great customer service. Main reason we use this branch.

I've been going to United regularly and the staff there is great especially Brian. He's very professional and has never let me down when trying to source a part. I will always shop there first for my refrigeration needs
Great people, with tons of the “ must haves” Brian’s tech skills are top notch, he’s always got some good ideas to get us out of what ever pinch we get into, he’s made UNITED our supplier of choice!!
Every couple of days I pick up material for my husband and the staff are so kind and welcoming they are always down to earth always make sure to get what we need at all times. Never a disappointment in this store
Giving this Orlando team 5 Starts everyone is always helpful especially Brian with having field knowledge. Always giving advice on the best option to do repairs and always helping figuring what parts are needed. And both Steve’s are great they go the extra mile when needing to get something done for my job site. And both Cathy and Carlos bring this team together by helping the customer in trying to figure the best option for parts and repair ideas overall this team is a great team
Our staff and techs are grateful for having excellent customer service. Steve and Brian are some of the best at it and they go out of their way to assure that the job gets done with their expertise and experiences. Orlando branch is well respected by us.

I’ve been working with United Refrigeration on Silver Star Rd. for several years. What keeps me coming back is the professionalism of customer service, and given how busy the store gets it seems I’m not the only one! The counter sales reps are helpful and friendly, and I have always been treated with respect and patience. I’d like to give a big shout out to Brian McNeely for always going above and beyond! I am grateful for the countless times Brian has helped me out of a jam, it’s what keeps me coming back! Beyond 5 star service!

Wouldn’t normally write a review for a supply shop but saw that some snowflake wrote an illiterate tirade bashing the best employee at this location. I have no personal relationship with Brian who the other reviewer is bashing. I do however interact with him multiple times a week with work. I own a refrigeration company that does over a million dollars in business at United every year. Brian is the reason we still use United. He is knowledgeable and efficient. Goes above and beyond to make sure we have the material we need when we need it. Brian is always smiling and joking with the customers making the supply shop stop an enjoyable part of the day. He is a true professional who always makes the extra effort and excels at his job. From reading the negative review I believe it’s clear this was some bottom of the barrel employee probably some parts runner who just got confused by life in big boy world.
I have been coming to UR for awhile. I well remember previous location where I met Brian for the first time. Mr Serrano’ story is totally out of Brian’ character. My experience with United is the one of a place where you are going to be helped or tried to be helped at minimum. That’s why United in general and Mr Brian in particular is the place and people i go to.
Went into United refrigeration today and saw Brian Mcneely behind the counter and he was super energetic and very knowledgeable and was multitasking and was helping other customers with other counter sales reps he was helpful was able to locate parts that other companies could not locate . And getting them here in a timely manner
I’ve been shopping here for years and will continue to. The whole staff is professional and helpful. Brian is especially knowledgeable and my go to refrigeration guy. Stevie is also great and always asks the right questions when I’m ordering parts and equipment. It’s extremely important being able to call someone who can order the right parts the first time which helps my business run efficiently. We make a long trip to shop here specifically due to the quality and helpfulness of the staff. Would love to see more guys like Brian and Stevie at my other suppliers!

United refrigeration is a great company, I always purchase my parts with Brian since I first went to this Orlando location. He always makes sure I get all my parts and for a good price. Every time I go he is very helpful and respectful towards me. I highly recommend him.
Brian McNeely is the best, super knowledgeable and always helpful. Give that man a raise.
