Bruno came to help in a desperate situation through our AHS contract. For the first time ever with an AHS contractor I felt confident in the quality of the service. Bruno took his time and solved our issues, made reasonable recommendations to improve and prolong our system.
They arrived when they said they would, worked consistently and were very helpful snd professional during the service call.

Before the rep even looked into my unit he was already making statements about it won’t be approved and this and that. Very unprofessional and he had an attitude when asking questions. Definitely do not recommend

Technician was thorough, fast to resolution and honest with analysis on what needed to be done. Communication from time ticket was opened to when technician came on site was fantastic.
You never know what you’re going to get when you go through American Home Shield, but United Air was great! Techs came when they said they would and fixed my plumbing issues quickly and efficiently.

I had to wait for three MONTHS for my Air conditioner repair (in Florida!) to be completed because United Air Temp didn’t source the part from readily available vendors. I could have purchased it from a vendor that had it on the shelf but no, no, no. UAT had to use their vendor. Also American Home Shield—do I need to say more? FWIW, the tech, Austin was pleasant, knowledgeable and worked quickly when he was here.
