Highly recommend this company. We have a rental property with guests arriving the next day when our air went out. They came right out and installed a new unit that morning, so we didn't lose our booking. Great service, great communication and a fair price.

I have know the owner since our childhood! Choosing Israel and his business was the best decision ever made. He cleaned the ac for our rental properties after the tenant didn’t have a filter. Israel saved me thousands of dollars and now I have the the service plan for both of my locations! Truly highly recommend his company and his plan, especially for Florida environment and the AC running 90% of the year. Top-Air Heating is honest, reliable and reasonable on prices! They came early in the morning and got right on it. They were very professional and very respectful to my family and myself and the house in general. They were very clean and any and every mess they made they picked up and cleaned up. I appreciate how fast they were as they were able to finish before the day ended. The AC worked immediately and swiftly cooled the entire house in a matter of two hours. Thank you guys for the hard work and and for saving me money from using window AC's.

Top air gave us an awesome deal! They found the issue we were having which was that our unit was undersized and helped us upgrade to a newer more efficienct 16 seer trane system. Highly recommend them for all your hvac needs!
Did an amazing job and just in time great service !
They showed up and did some troubleshooting on my unit. After a couple tests the problem with my AC still continued. They gave me options and I ended up going with replacing the unit. They scheduled me within 48 hours and gave me an amazing price for changing the WHOLE unit. The day they came to change the unit they were in and out almost as if they weren’t even there. They were careful with keeping the house clean, not tracking dirt inside, keeping work area clean, etc. They got everything up and running and told me to call if I had any problems. They are very budget friendly and cooperative and I will definitely recommend them to family and friends in the future.
