Great service and great people. Over the top great
Great Service
Home needed complete repipe from city line, the Water main to nearly every faucet in the house. Also, gas line needed to be replaced completely. All work was done efficiently and as cost-beneficial as possible.
On time and courteous technician completed work and answered a few questions

Your price is way out of sight. Very expensive. We lost our service call amount of $99.00. We knew what needed to repair.

Guy provided a very detailed and comprehensive analysis of the thermostat failure that has been appearing off and on as an alert for over three years. He was able to check voltage to the unit and provide a temporary fix while he is researching a more permanent solution. This is in accord with the technician Dennis who had also given us information and what to do next. After years of dealing with A/C companies I finally have a knowledgeable and efficient company to help keep our units up and running. A 5 star isn’t enough for this type of service and quality!!!!
My AC stopped working, it took the technician 3h from my call to customer service to arrival, very knowledgeable and professional person, solved my issue, my AC was up and running. I would highly recommend them for your HVAC needs.

David Chipman, one of the AC service technicians, arrived promptly after hours to diagnose the problem with my AC unit after a lightning strike last night. He took the time to be thorough and to explain everything to me and also took the time to compose a detailed and thorough analysis for me to submit to my HO Insurance company. He also made me feel very cared about and cared for, which was much appreciated in my meltdown state.
Have grown to trust these guys immensely with my home AC/Plumbing problems. They have saved me multiple times when I needed a plumber on short notice and they also helped me double check the work of a AC contractor working on my house and saved me from unneeded work I was being sold on.
Justin Francis saved the day. After 48 hrs of heat inside the house at roughly 86 degrees, Justin came out almost instantly and went right to work (after hours on call) He was able to diagnose the issue of a 20 yr old AC unit within a couple minutes. I would recommend him and Service One to anyone in the future. Thanks again Justin!! 🙏
