Put simply, RMI is a company with professionalism and integrity! Professionalism for answering our many questions and understanding that replacing a HVAC system is an investment for the long term. Integrity for acting as Mr. and Mrs. Roberts said they would. RMI did not bill upfront and solved our installation issues without delay! We highly recommend RMI to anyone in need of their services! We came to this great organization through a previous employee who had so many great things to say about this company. What former employee says great things about their previous employer??? After 15 painful years and about as many air conditioning companies we finally found one that took care of everything. They installed both an air handler and the outside unit as well. They showed up on time delivered exactly as they said they would. Subsequently, I had the greatest night of sleep in years!
