If you go to anyone else you are wasting your time and money. Brennan is top tier he's the best there is. He is extremely knowledgeable, efficient and affordable. He fixed my unit in no time. I am extremely grateful!
Brennan has been taken care of my AC unit for over 10 years now including replacing our 20-year-old unit with a new one. He is knowledgeable, efficient, and affordable. I highly recommend you let Brennan fix and maintain your system.
Dude is an AC wizard. Been using him for years and he consistently gets more life out of my AC system than should be possible. He will not recommend any services you don't need, will do the simplest fix that works, and will charge way less than others.

I've used Brennan and Renaissance Air to replace my HVAC at two different houses and he does an amazing job. He doesn't try to sell you a bunch of stuff you don't need. He is professional, courteous, honest and does excellent work.
Brennan did a phenomenal job on cleaning my system and explaining maintenance of it. He took care of the drain line- blasted it out with pressurized gas and even added a little pipe so I could see it. My AC works flawlessly. (he also installed the unit a few years ago) Ice cold - living the life. Thank you sir!
Brennan does fantastic work! He has repaired my Heat Pumps twice now. First time back in 2011 and now 2019. Both times he arrived when he said he would (actually arrived early today). With a high level of professionalism, he had my broken unit back up and running quickly and at a reasonable price. Highly recommended!
ABSOLUTELY perfect! Brennan came quickly and found the problem within minutes. His pricing was VERY reasonable. In under an hour we had our A/C back on and cooling things down. I love working with small companies because you always get the same guy, very down-to-earth, take the time to explain things to you. HIGHLY recommended!!
Brennan has taken care of my air conditioner since 2006. He is prompt, courteous, professional, explains everthing he does, and never tries to sell my anything I do not need. Brennan is a first-rate, trustworthy AC man.

My air conditioner stopped working about 5 years ago. I was new to the area, so I went through Service Magic, a website where you enter your issue and contractors call you. Renaissance Air's owner called me first and was able to stop by the same day. After assessing the issue, he determined that my fan needed to be replaced. However, he had already called the manufacturer and was able to get it replaced for FREE because it was still under warranty. I HAD NO CLUE because the house was not new when we moved in, so I figured it was way out of warranty. Additionally, he drove out to the warehouse and picked it up so that I would not have to wait for it to come in the mail. Anyways, what should have cost me about $500.00 cost be a little over $100 for labor. A couple weeks ago, my AC unit in a different house was having the same issue as the old house. Luckily, I found Renaissance Air's refrigerator magnet, otherwise I wouldn't have remembered the name. The owner showed up the same day and I told him about last time I used him and I thought it was the same issue (i.e., broken fan). Turns out, I was wrong. My thermostat needed batteries and tightening of the wires .....haha. It cost me a whole $65.00. That's right, $65.00. Not to mention he threw in a $10 air filter too, so it only cost me $55.00 for the service. He could have easily agreed with me and said it was the fan and made more money. But he was honest! There is nothing else you can ask for.
This is the 2nd time, and he was just as helpful and professional as the first time. Brennon cares about his work, and it shows!
I don't write reviews... But Brennan deserves this one. He was prompt, professional, and went the extra mile by not only finding and fixing the problem, but repairing some shoddy work done by a previous contractor. Price was great, communications were clear. Really couldn't ask for more.
Fast service and quick to diagnose the problem. Explained what he found and what he had to do to get it up and running again. Came the same day I called and answered all my questions about upkeep. Would definitely use them again.

Called Brennan @ 7:30 pm on a Saturday, he arrived @ 8:15. Diagnosed and proceeded to fix the problem. Very knowledgeable, honest and punctual. He is our technician for more than 5 years and we are so glad to have him.
Fantastic service!!! We just moved into our condo 2 weeks ago, and last night our air conditioning stopped working. My son that lives in the area recommended that I call Brennan Hoyt at Renaissance Air, because he was very satisfied with the service. I called around 8am this morning, and Brennan picked up immediately. He said he could be here between 12-1pm. He arrived at 12:10 pm. The problem turned out to be a faulty thermostat, which Brennan replaced with a new and better one. Brennan also checked the freon level, and made some other minor repairs. I could not believe how reasonable the total charge was, including the service call. I highly recommend Brennan, and Renaissance for their speedy service, courtesy, honesty, and very reasonable prices.
Great service and very honest. Our system stopped working at around 6:30PM. I called and Brennan tried to help me diagnose the problem over the phone. When we couldn't resolve it, he arrived about 40 minutes later. By 9:00PM our system was back up and running. He also fixed a lot of issues the previous company we used missed. His attention to detail is really second to none. I will use them for all future AC work. Thanks a lot Brennan!
Renaissance Air provides an excellent service. I have had them over several times already to fix my AC units, and every time they are able to diagnose the problem quickly and fix it on the spot. They always have the replacement parts needed on their truck. Also, they take their time to explain and show what the problem is with the AC unit. I definitely recommend them and will call them again when by AC breaks down.
