Not too expensive a repair and it took them about 20 minutes. Kirk kept me informed and gave suggestions on what to do. I appreciate their time and efforts in resolving my issue. Kirk came that afternoon, explained the problem, offered me a suitable solution, both of which I felt I was talking to my friend. Kirk and his guys were professional, knowledgeable, and very personable. They were quick and clean. During my compressor and air handler install, they even fixed a couple of things the other techs in the past should have done, for nothing. Yes, these are the guys you want working on your a/c.
They responded quickly to my call and told me they would arrive between 12p and 12:30p and they were right on time. They figured out the problem immediately and had it fixed within a half hour.
