Rainaldi was quick to respond to our request! Gavin and Carlos were very professional with great Customer Service. They explained what the issues were and options to resolve. Extremely pleasant experience!
The previous company was so bad that it's nice to know that there are still businesses that have caring people eager to serve the public. My nextdoor neighbor recommended this company yesterday. I called, and we were rescued today. We couldn't be more pleased! After waiting a week, we still received no response from the person who installed our newest Carrier unit after scheduling an appointment and not coming even though he had serviced and added freon a month or so ago. How disappointing and such a difference!
Initially, had some significant issues with my AC repair service. However, after I got in contact with management, these issues were resolved. I appreciate them correcting them.
We recently had to have a new AC unit installed and went with Rainaldi Home Services. The customer service we received was by far the best I’ve experienced in years. The technician was professional and courteous. He took the time to explain the process while performing the work, answered any questions that were asked, and worked efficiently to assure we were able to get our AC up and running again. They did a beautiful job replacing the unit and went above and beyond on making the experience wonderful. I would highly recommend using this business if you’re in need of replacing your AC unit as it ages out!
I will rarely leave a bad review, however I’ve definitely had unsatisfactory experiences but, not to the point of me spending my time begrudgingly writing a bad review. If I felt it was worth the trouble, I’d contact the office, in this case, the “owner” Bill Smith, to give them a chance to make things right. He did not, so on this rare occasion, I feel like I’ve been given no choice but to share my experience with you, concerning Bill, Dale (office manager) and Rainaldi HVAC. I’m going to explain the entire situation. I reached out to a member of BNI Elite, inquiring about a good HVAC company. She referred Bill Smith of Rainaldi. The first time, Tech #1 came out, fixed the problem for $313. Problem solved, money well spent. Had to call them back out maybe 2 weeks later to check the unit again. It was 93 degrees in my home when I called. The office staff said they couldn’t get anyone out until Monday. I believe it was Thursday or Friday when I called them. But what can you do? The temperature inside my house reached as high as Ninety-four degrees over the entire weekend. Can you imagine?! Monday finally gets here, I get a text that tech #2 is in the area. Great! I confirm. When he gets here, the AC is working. I turned it on so he can see the issue and now it wants to work. SMH. Anyway, he saw the issue because fortunately the issue presented itself. So, he “fixes” the unit and leaves. About thirty minutes and $779 later, the unit is blowing out warm air. I call the office. They call Tech #2. Tech #2 calls me. He’s talking over me, explaining as I’m trying to explain. You know how some people have an explanation or a solution or an answer to things they think you’re going to say based off of the first few words you speak? When he gave me room to articulate the issue, he said “Well, I have to eat and sleep. And I have other calls.” What?! But, ok. I agreed for him to come back the following morning. Rainaldi Home Services took care of me when I was in need. I felt everyone that helped me when my AC broke was thoughtful and kind, and attentive to my needs. Leo was honest and up front when he came out to assess the situation. He made sure I knew what my options were. Richard answered all my questions about purchasing a new unit and checked up on me through the installation. Danny Sr and Jr were so professional and considerate on the day of installation. It was all done in such a timely manner as well! My house was cool again in no time. I highly recommend this company for honest, quality, trustworthy service.
Had a sink feed line burst and spray water into the house. Rainaldi was here the day I called and quickly replaced the faucet and connected me to a partner damage control company to dry the water. The family has used Rainaldi before this as well, and we will again. Nick did a great job!
The service was quick, the technician was efficient and friendly, but, it was quite expensive. I thought for what was done. I would recommend them but get at least two or three quotes if you can.
The technicians you sent out, Gavin Yurick & Carlos Laureano, are terrific. They were professional, thorough, personable and explained the issues clearly. They are an asset to your company.
What a life saver. Had ac go out with me on home health over a holiday weekend. Rainaldi to the rescue. Tried 10 different companies that advertised 24/7 this is the one that came through. Technician new his job and within 90 minutes our house was cool again
I have used Rinaldi in the past and have always had a good experience. This time I have to say that they far exceeded my expectations!! Beginning with the very professional first call and then having the technician show up within 30 minutes. The great thing about using them again is that they had my previous repair fully documented which made it easier to diagnose the current issue. This was a very difficult blockage to break through but the technician, Gavin, went above and beyond despite the heat and difficulty of the issue… he did not give up. Also he was very professional the whole time. In my experience it is very rare to find a young man who is willing to work so diligently to resolve a problem. Rinaldi is lucky to have him!! Thank you Gavin and Rinaldi for a job well done.
We were very happy with timely professional service we received from Rainaldi service tech Gavin. He fixed our clog in under an hour. I would recommend this company for plumbing needs.
Just had our home re-piped and the crew did a marvelous job getting it done in one day with complete cleanup. The next day the drywall people were here and were also excellent. I would certainly recommend Rianaldi for this type of work. 5 Star
We have used Rainaldi for years. This morning I called for a leak we noticed under our sink lastnight. Before noon, Kallel was at our home & took care of the problem with efficiency & professionalism. Thank you!
Gavin and Carlos were AWESOME! They were very efficient, knowledgable professional and easy to communicate with! They explained to us step by step what they were going to do. both of them together make a fantastic team!
I highly recommend Rainaldi Home Services especially for plumbing issues. We had 3-jobs done. The plumbers are fantastic and reasonably priced.
