Company came out give me a estimate on fixing ductwork in an commercial warehouse. Sent prosal to me. Now I get they don't do ductwork in the summer. Never mention when they came out. Employee that came out for the quote is no longer there. That is their excuse. Bad business practices I do not recommend.
Great job the tech was very well organized explained everything in detail and also provided helpful guidance on what I should do to maintain it in top condition 5 stars for sure!

Chris was the very best. He was on time, friendly and most importantly, very knowledgeable about the work he did for us - changing a natural gas stove to use with propane. I've been a customer for years. No matter the time or hour the reps on call are always courteous, responsive, reliable in communication and follow up. Julio --and all technicians are very knowledgeable, provide pictures to explain the problem and remedy, and professionally get the job done. Highly recommended!

Nicholas performed our annual air conditioner maintenance today. He was prompt, knowledgeable, and very professional. I also want to mention that when Dawn called me to schedule our air condition service she was very friendly.
Jordan did a great job of maintaining our HVAC system. Even though we had some new issues with access to the interior portion of the system, he overcame those and performed his task in a professional and efficient manner. We highly recommend him.
Gerrid and another plumber removed an old tub and replaced it with a new one. The demo of the old tub was difficult (set it concrete) but they got it out and a new one put in. They were on time, professional and talked me through the work they were about to do, and next steps (return visit to hook up shower kit after tile work is done) Great!
Technician, Gregorio Montalvo, was on time, prompt in completing the assignment. He actually arrived early and completed the job early, freeing us to get on with our day. We are very pleased with Pro-Tech and would recommend them to friends.

Omar and the other person, both of them were very kind and they made sure the area was left clean. They worked really diligently with a positive attitude throughout the whole day which I liked. I will say though that this AC replacement work took a very long time (a whole day almost) to replace our old AC with a brand new one.However, as long as it took, it was well worth it and we are very pleased with the results. Thank you Pro-Tech!This company definitely provide good quality and good service.
He was very professional at what he was doing & at the end of the job he took the time to answer all my question and concern. even if some of the question seem dumb. Be for he left for the night he made sure I was satisfied with the job & all his answer & even gave me some advice for maintain the unit. I would definitely use him a again.
Jailene was efficient and personable. She gave us the facts about where our AC stands and didn’t make knowledge assumptions in either direction. I would definitely request her for our next appointment.
Seriously, an environmental fee. That is on ProTech, not the customer. Not good value. Unnecessary fees added and cost not consistent with work performed.
All of the technicians that worked on our AC installation were outstanding Our salesman, John, was extremely responsive to two questions that I had during the installation I would highly recommend ProTech Well worth a 5 star rating Jim L
