These guys have been extremely amazing at the service they provided, i had a 20 year old system and they did a phenomenal job replacing and giving me a great quote on replacement of a brand new unit, Ray and his team are number 1 and we are extremely satisfied with everything.
Ray and his team at Precision Air did an awesome job with our new HVAC system. They were extremely friendly, expressed great problem solving skills and had wonderful communication. Our entire HVAC system had to be replaced, including the ducts/ventilation system. They let me know what was needed or happening every step of the way. Ray is a pleasure to work with. I had several companies come out to my home to assess our unit, but Ray’s attentiveness and knowledge made him stand out and we chose to use Precision Air. Ray gave a timeframe of how long everything would take and tried his best to stay within that time. He even added on & fixed issues along the way. I’m glad that we chose Ray and his team!

Great experience! My a/c completely crapped out on me and within an hour they were at the house to diagnose… that was saturday evening…buy monday they were installing my new a/c. The guys were very friendly and helpful. great customer service and great prices …definitely reccomend!

We have had the opportunity of being valued customer with Precision Air for over 8 years. Recently, I had the 4 units replaced in my home both inside and outside, upstairs and downstairs. The job was done with outstanding workmanship in a very timely manner. Raymond was on site and ensured the job was to my wife's satisfaction. We are very happy to have the quality and care that Precision Air provides. We are loyal customers because of the exceptional service we receive each and every time. I wish i could do zero stars!! My mom used this company back in may 2021 the unit still has guarantee on it. Shes been calling and calling for service NO RESPONSE. When they finally answered they said they’re were coming in the next two days but he asked to delete a bad review that she did. Another week and he did not show up. The house is either too cold or to hot with a new unit she can’t use! Don’t waste your money with Precision air solutions.

Ray and his team at Precision Air are amazing! Used them again to replace the 2nd unit. As a realtor I continue to refer Ray to clients in need of replacement or repair as well as servicing my own home. The clients I refer him to continually compliment their service, professionalism and often the pricing is competitive and often lower than other companies. I will continue to refer Precision Air Solutions to friends and clients!
Our HVAC unit suddenly broke one night. After being referred to this company by a neighbor, we gave them a call. Ray was over the next morning and had a new unit installed that same day. We're very impressed with the service and professionalism.
Ray Ghani went above and beyond to make sure I had AC in my home since I just moved in..luckily there was a motor in stock just for me!! Lol... im soo happy he was able to accommodate me and had time to go pick up the motor and install on top of draining the AC as well..thank you! Will be using Precision Air in the future.
We had a complete unit installed almost exactly a year ago and paid $6k. The unit had a gasket rot and caused us to lose freon and it cost us $679 to refill. The gasket was covered in our warranty, but not the freon it caused us to lose it or the service fee. So in less than a year, we've had to spend an additional $750+ to keep our new AC running.
Ray worked super hard all day to get my AC in on a Sunday. He was a one man crew that was professional and polite.
Back in May I used Precision air to repair the YORK Ac they installed in 2019. The system always gave trouble, this time it was a blown capacitor. I was charged $359 for the repairs which barely lasted 3 hours. The tech returned and told me it was also a blown control board and compressor and quoted a system replacement of $1520 Feeling I was being hustled, I called another company to look at the system whom discovered Precision Air incorrectly wired the capacitor red, black and brown wires together. The other company also discovered no fault in the compressor and control board so I proceeded to have them do the repair The Finance company discovered Precision NEVER PULLED PERMITS FOR THE INSTALLATION in 2019. I've contacted Precision several times about this issue, Ray promised a full refund but has habitually dodged me every time, even when visiting his office. Gave Ray the opportunity to provide the permits and documents but he hasn't as of 7/18 I've unfortunately taken the step of contact the BBB and the State DBPR to escalate. Precision Air is not welcome in my home.
A/C completely shut down. Knew it was time for a new unit. Within 1 day they installed a completely new unit. Amazing customer service, installers were outstanding.prompt service and good price. Highly recommend Precision Air Solutions.
I am verry pleased. Technician was verry friendly and professional. He showed he truly cared and wanted to help me. I called at 7:50pm and they arrived 1 hour later. I definitely recommend this company.
From the start they are 5 star. Contacted Percision Air Solutions via e-mail. The response was very timely. Once the estimate was given, any and all questions were answered immediately. Once we agree to the installation, date was set. We were told a day and time. We were informed when the installers where on route. Once they arrived (on time as scheduled) they were very polity and courteous. Thru out the installation they kept us informed.
1. Salesman Jude came early and did a thorough job and I appreciated his professionality. 2. Repair man came and figured out why I had no heat. Installed new thermostat and now I have heat! Thank you.
After our A/C went out late in the afternoon, we called several companies for an estimate after already knowing that our unit was fried. Ray the owner personally was the first one to come to our rescue. He came because his techs were already in other jobs and he genuinely wanted to help us. He was very professional, straight forward, and very honest. He answered all our questions and never rushed us. Right way we felt confident and didn’t not feel pressure. He emailed us the estimate within 5 min, with everything very detailed and no grey areas. He was able to book us the next day, first thing in the morning. Our technician name was Silvio and let me tell you he went above and beyond!!! From the moment he arrived he showed me the units, the parts, and everything he was using, so that I could see they were what I ordered and everything was new. He showed me everything he did in the process so that I could see he wasn’t cutting corners. He even built a new platform for the A/C instead of just replacing the wood. He inspected everything multiple times to make sure everything was done right and was working perfectly; he even sealed the new platform. He was extremely professional and detailed. He was quality over quantity!!! You even have to see how organized his truck is!!!! I highly recommend them to anyone needing A/C work and it’s the only company we will use moving forward! They are honest, responsible and do high quality work!! We are very thankful!!
