Denys is always prompt, quickly assesses the problem and provides alternatives to fix the specific item, replace a component or, if it makes sense, to purchase new. He goes over the pros and cons of each solution. He has solved problems that others have failed to resolve and always on the first visit. I highly recommend Ozone HVAC. Very good professional! We had a birthday party planned and we were expecting a lot of guests. But to the worst of horror, our air conditioner broke down. I was advised Denis and his company Ozone HVAC & Refrigeration by acquaintances, but everything worked for me. I was very pleased when Denis quickly responded to our request. As a result, he quickly found what was broken and also quickly fixed everything. We were happy that at the party people would not die from the heat! I recommend as a responsible professional!

This company is doing great. I hired this company for the second opinion, because the other company said to replace the AC although my system is seven years old. The service tech was real professional, he found what was wrong, fixed my ac at the same day. I am happy.
