Lisandro came out very late on a Monday night to take a look at our A/C after another contractor did a bad repair job. He had it up and going the same week! Very professional and he knows what he is doing. I will highly recommend him to friends and family
Lisandro doesn’t wear a cape, but he’s a hero! When I called first thing in the morning, he answered the phone! I was immediately surprised. Over the phone he quickly assessed my situation and gave me advice on what to do with my a/c unit until he could come to the house. Upon arrival, he was professional, light hearted, and genuinely empathetic for my family’s situation (it’s Florida HOT). We were fortunate that the fix was quick and relatively inexpensive; and I’m thankful that Lisandro saved out day! Give them a call if you need help with your a/c, you won’t be disappointed!
Lisandro went over and above, working us in even after a long hot day. His work was thorough, and even though he still had another stop after us he took the necessary time to do a very professional job. I highly recommend this company, and Lisandro personally.
Update to add: It's been 2 years and I still couldn't' be happier with the service. He always takes great care of me! Fast and so friendly. You can tell he is not only good at what he does, but passionate about it. I would definitely use him again! My line was clogged causing my garage to flood and not only did he fix the issue, he went the extra step to sweep as much water as he could out of the garage. He is also my first contractor to wear a mask without me asking and I appreciated the consideration.
Lisandro did a great job! On a Friday afternoon my A/C stopped working, I called Lisandro and within 20 minutes he was at my house. I was so grateful that I didn't have to sit all weekend without A/C. Lisandro was very kind and walked me through each step of what he was doing. He was able to diagnose and fix the issue in less than an hour. Great service, knowledgeable, professional, and very kind! Saved his number in my phone and will not hesitate to call him for future A/C needs.
The owner was very knowledgeable and offered good advice to help maintain my unit. I have already put a reminder in my phone to schedule next year’s service with him!
Lisandro has a true passion for his work and it shows in the end result! I called him because the previous AC service men that I had out hadn’t fixed the problem and mentioned I needed to replace my entire system to fix the problem. Turns out they were just lazy and didn’t take the time and care to fully diagnose the problem. Lisandro did just that and explained everything to me along the way. I felt heard, understood, and comforted. He’s a true gem and I will continue to use him for any HVAC work needed in the future.
Lisandro came to my house twice in the last 2 years, each time he’s done a great job fixing my dual zone system. He takes pride in explaining the issues and provides the best options for my needs and budget. Very knowledgeable person and great guy all around! Highly recommend.
EFFICIENCY, RELIABLE, HIGH LEVEL! Lisandro picked up my phone call and i explain the situation I have with the AC unit and my family member, I have at home with stage 4 cancer and offered his advice on the issues, he knew exactly what’s wrong with our AC just by speaking on the phone. He went ahead to get the parts we need it to fix the problem before he came to our house Lisandro is professional, knowledgeable, and a genuine person (I find it very hard to find specially in the AC industry after we contact 2 big company's in florida).Lisandro took the time to explain and help us understand what is going on with our air conditioning unit. I can definitely feel he loves what he do and enjoy helping people.Thank you for saving the day, Lisandro. Service was top notch, very informative on all the steps and procedures fixing my unit. He was also very transparent on pricing and coming from a military member and dealing with base vendors on and off housing across the world, he was the first technician i ever met that stands by his work and speaks intelligently about his trade. 5/5
North Pole air conditioning is the very best. They treat you like family. I completely trust them. They were very responsive and answered all my phone calls. AGAIN, Lisandro delivers the best service we could ask for! He just installed for us January, 2023 a brand new American Standard variable condenser heat pump and handler as our old Carrier was breaking down after 10 years. He goes above and beyond to make sure everything is working properly and is very customer oriented! Thank you again, Lisandro for an outstanding job! We are so glad we went with Lisandro to fix our problem. While some other companies were telling us we needed a whole new system, turns out all we needed were the leaking and corroded coils replaced. Lisandro looked it over and said there was no need to destroy the good work another installer did and was shocked that we were told we needed a new carrier unit and handler. He saved us thousands of dollars, was so respectful of our property, laid out drop cloths so as to not track in dirt, and cleaned up after he finished. He's an honest, hardworking man who truly loves what he does and cares deeply for his customers. I had a doctors appointment the time he was coming and told him I would leave the front door unlocked for him. He let me know when he arrived and sent me pictures of his progress. We can't recommend him enough! Thank you, Lisandro!
Lisandro is one of a kind. He's dedicated, knowledgeable, experienced, and skilled.. but even MORE importantly - he's compassionate and fair in his dealings. He does not overcharge, and he has even helped me through problems over the phone. He's an absolute gem, and we are blessed to have him here in Orlando.

Highly recommend and we had such a great experience from start to finish! They came and took care of us during the holidays when no one else was even answering their phone. Everything being done was clearly communicated and the prices were fair while the service was excellent. We even trusted them to work alone in the house while we ran errands.

I've been using them for just over a year now and once again today the 1st of the year I had a small problem and just like before they came through and help me out. North Pole HVAC has a vast amount of knowledge and provided a solution that other companies could not! I have had TWO other AC techs come to tell me they could not fix the problem, or that I would need to purchase another control board. Instead, when I contacted North Pole, he told me he could fix it without needing to purchase another board. He came and fixed the problem in under 30 minutes! This has had me stumped for the past month and I am finally glad to have a working Nest Thermostat now. Thank you again, highly recommend!
Just wanted to give a heart felt thank you to Lisandro over at North Pole Air Conditioning. In a time where its so hard to find honest tradesman Lisandro blew me away with his generosity and expertise. I made a late night call as a desperate father and Lisandro answered and helped me out more then I could have imagined. From now until eternity there will be no one I will recommend more the North Pole when it comes to A/C.
Lisandro did an excellent job installing 2 new AC units for us. First unit was installed several years ago. We have had several HVAC guys servicing our AC unit before but I should say that Lisandro is the best! He is very dedicated, sincere and hardworking.
