I have been waiting to replace 2 units for 5 years. Honest AC company even cheated by making me pay to synchrony bank without doing any installation whatsoever. It took almost 2 months to clear my liability. They have an unscrupulous practice of collecting your social security number. I have been requesting to few companies to send a technician instead of a salesperson !! None of them bothered. Thanks to Nichol who was trying to sell through Costco customers I got in touch with Hilda who happened to be a technician from Mrs Busy bee company. I was so impressed by her professionalism and knowledge. Even before she requested a quote from her office I knew I was going to work with them. In 3 days project was completed. Waiting for the inspection in few days!! Compared to 4 other quotes I received Hilda’s quote cost me less and their technicians led by Carlos were amazing. Thank you for a great experience. Esther changed my mind from interest free to a smaller payment which I can pay it off without a prepayment penalty. A good team serving above self!!! I wish them the very best.
The installation went well and the technicians were very friendly. They explained how the a/ c unit and thermostat works. I would definitely recommend this company.
We were in a panic when our AC system went out today. Mrs. Busy Bee had someone here within an hour to assess our situation, fix the problem and they also put together a quote to replace our 14 year old AC unit. They got our AC Unit up and running and we are beyond grateful to have cool air as well as grateful that they did not pressure us to put in a whole new unit today. I highly recommend them for your repairs and for new or replacement HVAC work as well.

In 2021, I had the pleasure of meeting Hilda, who provided me with an honest quote for a full-duct replacement for my low-pitch roof 1962 house in Orlando. Unlike their competitors, who were overpriced and tried to upsell unnecessary features, Hilda offered a competitive price that aligned with my needs. Although I waited until I was financially ready during my renovation journey in wintertime, I reached out to Hilda a few months later to proceed with the project. She responded promptly, attentively listened to my requirements, and provided a quote that matched my expectations. Within a few days, the project began, led by Hilda's fantastic crew, which included Brandon, Mr. Angel, and Phil. Throughout the process, they demonstrated cleanliness, courtesy, and efficiency. Additionally, Esther was a pleasure to work with, keeping me informed of any changes and offering their excellent financing package. Hilda truly embodies the values of this company, as she is honest, customer-focused, and genuinely helpful. This’s the second time I have used Hilda. She helped me out two years ago after my last airman left me in a terrible situation. Her integrity and work ethic are 100% and so refreshing in these times. It was very reassuring to make a major purchase decision with person like this. She and her teammate Carlos were professional, knowledgeable, friendly and polite. Clean up like you never knew they were here accept for the lovely cool air. Cannot recommend highly enough. Fairly priced too!

Mrs. Busy Bee Air Conditioning Review We recently purchased a home in October 2022 and were thrilled about moving back downtown. The school district is highly rated, with a great neighborhood to raise children. Unfortunately, we have been faced with challenges in making the home suitable to live in. Upon moving in, we discovered problems with the HVAC system not cooling properly. We contacted the company that installed the unit to work on the issues several times with no resolution. Despite being told the unit was functioning correctly, we believed something was wrong. We contacted a different Bosch-certified HVAC company to reinspect the unit, which is how we found Mrs. Busy Bee Air conditioning. From the very beginning, Esther and her team were excellent. Hilda explained the inspection process clearly and conducted a detailed inspection of the entire system. Hilda (referred to as the Ninja Warrior) crawled into spaces in the attic that no one else was able to access previously. She found all of the issues and provided pictures to support her findings. As we suspected, Hilda highlighted everything that needed to be fixed, including items that had not been installed correctly by the previous company. Sensing our frustration, Mrs. Busy Bee responded quickly and was able to repair all of the problems. Finally, our daughter's bedrooms have proper heating and cooling! We are so thankful to Hilda and Esther. They displayed professionalism, expertise, genuine empathy, and caring as part of their services. We feel fortunate and blessed to have found Mrs. Busy Bee and highly recommend Esther and Hilda for your air conditioning needs. Thank you, The Achebrook-Soto Family

They did the most fantastic installation and explained everything that they did. It was perfect. I compared it to other people they change the pipes the wire put the new unit said an even set up a chair so I could watch every step of the installation and they explained me what they did with highly recommend them to anyone. Harry and Hilda with the techs that did the job Ester ran the job from the office and also explained me every aspect of what I was getting why I needed it and how she was giving it to me Excellent value for the money

Always a pleasure to work with Ms. Hilda and her crew. We had additional supply ductwork and return air installed for a garage conversion. Work completed in a professional manner, techs respectful of occupants and property, a problem with existing ductwork found and fixed. I highly recommend this company for their transparency, honesty, and high level of professionalism.
