I have an older A/C and was told by a different AC company that the AC needed to be replaced and that it would stop running at anytime. Then a friend of mine recommended MR A/C of Orlando to do a service check on my older 15 year unit. Manny was the service technician. He did a very thorough check of the inside and outside unit, gave me some helpful tips and told me that my AC unit is in good working condition and it doesn't need to be replaced. That proved to me that MR A/C of Orlando is an honest company and not scaring you that your unit will not last too much longer just to make a nice profit by installing a new unit. Manny was outstanding, super polite, knowledgeable, punctual and he knew what he was doing. He is with the company a few years which speaks for MR A/C of Orlando. I'm so happy with them that I will switch my 3 other places which need AC service to them as well. Thank you MR A/C of Orlando. You have a new very happy customer for many many years. Keep doing business like that !!!!

When my A/C stopped working at 4:15PM today (on a Friday) I thought - GREAT, there's no way I will find a company to come to my house same day. Well I was wrong because MR A/C OF ORLANDO showed up within 35 MINUTES of me calling(!!!!!). Manny gave A+++ customer service, fixed my issue, and left me feeling really confident on next steps to prevent the issue from happening again. I am honestly blown away by the service I received. My first experience with them and now they will definitely be who I call for my next A/C related issue. Thank you thank you thank you!
I have been a customer of MR A/C for years now and have had multiple installations at client's homes, my own home, and now at our office which was a commercial rooftop installation. They always strive to get you up and running as fast as possible and are honest about their advice on fixing things or whether it is time for a replacement. This time on the commercial installation we shopped around, others had 22+ weeks lead time on getting an inferior unit and MR A/C was able to get us a unit installed in less than 2 weeks, even with the supply shortage. Recommend greatly!!!
This company was sent out by our property management team and they took days to get a part to fix our unit when every place nearby had the part in stock. Taking days in Florida summer is unacceptable and they didn't even offer a mobile swamp cooler while unit was down to help lessen the heat of the 3-4 days we went without A/C
Was referred by a friend and they came SAME day and was in and out within an hour. 20/10 service !!
Good work For installation of new ac nice proces but it's been 18 months and I can't get ahold of them for service was told they would call me at 6 months for service

Mr. AC was recommended to me and I’m really glad they did! AC down in FL in July is no joke and Hector had me up and running same day I called which is incredible! In addition to the qualities listed above I’d say really friendly and knowledgeable. It’s really helpful when a technician explains what happened and provides you with tips on how to avoid problems, which Hector did. I have a new AC service company! I highly recommend them!
Hector was professional, courteous, and very responsive in sending someone to the house when the air conditioner stopped cooling. The technician replaced the capacitor within an hour. I highly recommend this company.

MR. AC came out to give a second opinion on an AC Unit that another company had stated needed to be replaced for a very high price when they made their first visit on a new maintenance plan. This seemed a bit convenient so I sought a second opinion with Mr AC. The company was very professional and quickly had a tech out to my house. The tech was extremely polite and did a thorough inspection of my equipment. He found nothing wrong with the system and never tried to upsell me. He gave some great recommendations on how to maintain the unit and prolong its life. The honesty and integrity of Mr. AC saved me over $6500. I highly recommend them as a company you can trust!
Mr. A/C of Orlando replaced the entire A/C system ( inside+outside units) in May 2022. It was an extremely pleasant experience to deal with them! Fast, efficient, thoughtful, and polite. I think that this company is any homeowner's dream!! But I also understand that these are my emotions, and I want to give some facts to illustrate my position: 1. Like many homeowners who need A/C replacement or a new installation, we compared bids of a few companies. Mr.A/C of Orlando gave us a fast estimate, a good price (without any hidden fees or services), and proposed a trusting brand. It was easy to communicate with them. 2. The representatives ( 2) came to our house on an agreed day and immediately started to work. They looked and acted very professionally, worked fast, and were very friendly and polite. And conscious about keeping the floor and carpet clean ( they never walked on the carpet in shoes) 3. After a few hours of their efficient work, the system was installed. They answered all our questions and gave maintenance recommendations. 4. They vacuumed the floor and took all garbage ( and old units) away. The working areas ( inside and outside) were left very clean. 5. After full completion, one of the representatives stayed longer to observe how the new A/C system performed. He walked around a few times to see if the system was working correctly. The service we received during the installation was outstanding, and representatives took the time to answer all our questions. The system was replaced in a few hours ( compete with cleanup). I also have been offered help with registration for our new units. The entire process was very pleasing and satisfying. I highly recommend this company.

When it comes to A/C support and maintenance, they’re very savvy and detail oriented in that matter. So far the best A/C company service in Central Florida!
I am SO impressed with the service provided by Ricardo! My AC wasn't working properly and he ended up finding a leak in the inside unit. He took it upon himself to call the manufacturer to see if my unit was still under warranty or not. Unfortunately, we had to pay out of pocket for a whole new AC unit. However, he sourced the right product and was able to install it the next day!! What really impressed me was that he showed up to do that installation at 6 pm and worked till almost 10 pm to get the job done. He did the whole process so quietly that my sleeping baby didn't even flinch. I cannot recommend their services and professionalism enough!
