HORRIBLE SERVICE. WARNING DO NOT USE. The owner GIVANNI is the only worker for the company. WARNING he does not know how to do anything regarding air conditioning. He had some guys install my AC then my AC kept leaking into my filter. Then my drain line clogged up. He never answers right away. He never gives you a time of arrival. He shows up late into the night to do his work and complains he is tired. He yelled at me when he is confused about what to do regarding his job. He charged me 225 for a 2 minute home visit to unclog my drain line which hours later was clogged again. My AC kept having problems and shutting down. I had another AC company come days after when my AC was acting up again and they were shocked at how it has not caused worse problems due to how poorly it was installed and how bad the clogging was. He is horrible. He does not know how to operate a successful business nor provide decent customer service. DO NOT HIRE THEM FOR ANYTHING.

Arrival was 8 hours later than original window given to us because Peter in the office is a liar. We were billed and harassed for payment by the owner before work was even completed. We were supposed to get called with updates and never did. We had to call and follow up multiple times and the office either lied or didn’t know what was going on. Terrance the tech was amazing and did the right thing by us, but I would never use this company again because the office staff and owner are liars and do not to the right thing but their customers

1 STAR BECAUSE I CANT GIVE 0 OR NEGATIVE STARS. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I REGRET THE DAY I HIRED THIS COMPANY FOR A AC REPLACEMENT WITH PERMIT UP TO CODE AND TOOK 13 MONTH TO CLOSE THE PERMIT AFTER 4 INSPECTIONS THAT TOOK THEM 13 MONTH. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST.

My AC unit was vibrating the house when it turns on. They couldn't find what the problem was, the technician said it was good on refrigerant and it was blowing perfectly, but can't seems to find the problem. They offered to sell me a new unit, because the one I have was getting old, which could be the problem they say. I told the technician and the guy on the phone that sends the technician to my house, that I can't do that now because I just bought this house and I'm fixing other things inside first. They charge me $125 which I paid. The next day I went to Stockbridge, GA. for a week, the day I got back to Clermont, FL., I was hit by the heat at the door. I called the company and I got the same guy, with the African or Haitian accent that I spoke with before, he told me that he gonna send a technician over the next day. I stayed at a hotel that night. The next day no technician showed up, I called back and still no technician. 3 days later I finally got back the same guy on the phone, and he talk to me as if it was the first time we ever spoke in his life. That felt so degrading, we spoke for a moment and then his final respond was , "if you want your AC to get top up, you'll have to pay for refrigerant". Now remember, they were the last and only company to work on the unit for me. They know the level of my refrigerant before the service check up and after, now he's accusing me of trying to get some free refrigerant. It was so childish and disrespectful, he was even laughing at me on the phone, the way he treats me as a customer was so disrespectful. I just wish I had recorded that call so everyone could understand what I went through. My neighbors told me that that's what they do to get you to buy a new AC unit from them and that they'll come back to your home and sabotage your unit too. It's a sad situation what most people have to be dealing with, because someone is working on commission for sales, they'll do what it takes to make more money, so sad.

Services performed did not fix the issue. Did not refund the funds and made silly excuses. The guarantee did not happen as the technician didn’t show up and communicated passed the estimated time. The owners do not accept reaponsablity. Bad service and customer service by owners

Installation went well an satisfied. HOWEVER after Installation there service dept is without a doubt the worst. On many tries to change the thermostat they never showed an never called saying they could not make it. After many calls with David I finally decided to have a different company complete the work. Price an Installation was very good .After the sale on service is terrible. I would not use or recommend there services again .

I called and set up an appointment I waited all afternoon for the guy that tell me that it would cost me $1,200 to replace a unit that already have sitting next to my house just had to have somebody put it on the roof no I do not recommend using this company

Pete was a very nice person, ran a new wire cost total of 325.00 left , hour or so later No heat! Same issue! Had a electrician come found it was the electrical box itself. Was screwed out of 325.00! Never again. Hire someone local and why are reviews all done a week ago?

My appointment for an estimate was between 12 and 4. At 4::50 I get a call saying that he will be at my house in 40 minutes. Forty minutes later I call and text me.omar with no response. So I cancelled my appointment. I would never recommend this company due to the lack of professionalism.

Was quoted $145 for service call on a Sunday. The technician came out really fast which was great. Then the price climbed to $345 when he arrived. Told him I was not interested in getting scammed. Will cLl someone else.

Called to have them service my unit and put freon in system tech told me he would put a sealant into the system and then recharge it... 3 hours later, I'm told that I need a new compressor. Asked the tech why didn't he mentioned the issue earlier if the compressor was weak. All it seamed that he wanted to do was sell me a new system from the start. Classic bait, break your system, the try to switch and sell you new parts.
