Best air conditioner repair person I have ever had. He was honest. He explained many things to me where many others took advantage to make money. I had just had the capacitor for the system replaced less than a year ago and he showed me that it was not sufficient for my system. He showed me that I had to clean off the unit outside and why that was a problem. I will I never use another repair service!
We have used JBC repairs for several years for all of our A/C issues. They have saved us thousands of dollars by taking the time to make repairs rather than just replacing expensive units. We would recommend them without reservation.

I have used JBC now for a few years and they always do such a good job. One time my AC went out, and when I contacted them they had someone out within the hour!

TLDR: Good service with some flaws What kind of phone is the office using? So much static, very hard to hear. Called at 8AM in the morning, the lady said she will schedule a technician for me between 12PM and 1PM. At 11:30AM, I received a text saying my technician Francis is on his way. At 12PM, no one came. At 1PM, no one came. Afraid that the technician may have gotten lost, so I called the office to ask if they need direction. The gentleman who picked up said that it’s fine, the technician was just a bit behind because of his prior appointment. At 2 PM, no one came. I called again and the gentleman said the technician is on his way, please give home 10-15 minutes. At 3PM, no one came, I called again, and was assured the same thing. Update: the technician arrived at 4pm and was very apologetic. He owned up to his mistake and gave me a big discount on the originally quoted price. He is very friendly and knows what needs to be done just from my description. Quick service. It’s not about the mistake you make, but rather about how you face the mistake that is important. Changed ratings from 1 star to 4 stars.
Been having a lot of issues with my ac and called 2 different local repair shops and no one ever replies. The one that did scheduled me for Sunday and I needed help sooner then that. Contacted JBC and they came out the next day to take care of me. The guys knew exactly what went wrong just from me explaining what's been happening. They fixed the problem quickly and gave me tips on how to prevent it in the future. They also shown all the gunk that came out of the drain flush and even waived the diagnostics fee. They really saved my day, and really know their stuff. I will be using them from now on. Excellent service
JBC came recommended to me a few years ago when I was having AC issues. They did not disappoint. JB is extremely respectful and knowledgeable; and undoubtably possesses integrity. He educated me on how all the components of the AC work together while he checked over the entire unit and found the failing issues. He laid out the options for me along with the costs; I ultimately had him replace the entire unit. His price was reasonable, and work was impeccable. I like that JB is very up to date with technology and replaced my thermostat with a Nest that can be controlled through my iPhone. I recently had to call JBC (or JB) again because I was getting error messages on the Nest thermostat and the AC ultimately stopped coming on. Unfortunately, it was after hours, yet JB text me and said he would be at my house within an hour. He flushed the line and did what was needed and charged me such a minimal service call price that I gave him an additional $100. He told me, he did not want me to go without AC, even for the evening because it is just too hot. Who does that?? He is a hard worker and an honest man; in my experience, difficult characteristics to find nowadays. Thank you JB!!!

I was glad that I called JBC repair service . They came within couple hours to check my AC unit that didn’t function properly.. They identified Issue within 10 minutes & told me up front what it costs to repair & what I can do to safe money to do myself instead of them. Two technicians came very professional & knowledge their job!! I highly recommend for their service if anyone in need ..
We contacted JBC to get a repair estimate for heat/AC unit. JB responded quickly and worked on tracking down the correct part and gave us a competitive quote. It worked out the owner of the home was ble to reach out to friends and decided to have a friend do the repair.
Having Mr Jean Bernard Clerger come and install my new AC unit was an absolute Godsend! He was referred to me by my daughter and actually repaired the work of another (sub par) HVAC technician that came out this past May, 2021. Mr JB is prompt, professional, thorough, and reliable!
