Troubshooted problem and then proceeded to fix. Andrew was an excellent technician , very professional, clean and very nice demeanor. He accomplished what three other tech had not, a difference of knowing what your doing or not, if we have another issue I would ask for HVAC Repair to do service, thank you!

Repair guy could barely speak English. So he couldn't describe to me exactly what was going on about my refrigerator repair. He literally just pointed to something in the back and said 5 to 7 days for a part. Why would you send someone that couldn't speak english?! Smh

Tech notified me he was on his way and presented very well. He determined quickly what was defective on cooktop and will need to be replaced. So far so good.

Repairman worked for over 2 1/2 hours trying to fix dishwasher , but found it unrepairable. Said they and warrenty company would get back to us about a replacement.
Tim was very nice, but I don’t know what the problem is and can it be fixed and how long will I have to wait Not as long as my refrigerator repair which was 12 weeks till cashed it out.

I was very impressed with the technician. He arrived on time and went right to work. He quickly diagnosed the problem with my LG washer, a rusty shock absorber was causing drum instability. Great job!
Above and beyond service!! Our technician was knowledgeable, professional, tidy and responsive. A repair can be a stressful situation but our experience, from start to finish, was nothing but enjoyable. Our dishwasher is now working better than ever. We would absolutely use Fuse again and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a qualified repair company and a pleasant experience!
Technician forget to put items back in cabinet he took out. I can deal with that, i will pass on something I learn as a young man always clean up after completing a job!!!!
