Called late Friday night for a Saturday repair. Tech got to the house by 930 am . Very polite and professional. I will definitely use them again

Excellent company that does outstanding work. Fast, efficient and a fair price all with a warm, friendly and professional attitude. The work to replace our AC was completed on time, they were extremely clean and the finished product speaks for itself. I would recommend them to my own Mom.

Jason Deese, the owner or Florala, quit our job at 60%. DO NOT USE this company unless you too, want an unfinished job... I quote Jason's email from 9/13/2021 "I don’t have any crews that can come back to your project.We started a large commercial job that will run thru the end of the year and it’s taking all my electricians and then some. " Well isn't that special Jason? You have been paid for a job that's unfinished. I will be hiring a professional to finish your mess. Some heroes wear capes, others wear a Florala uniform. Big thanks to Ivan who repaired our AC on the same day we called. Not only was he quick but he was super polite as well! We purchased our first home about a year ago and have a lot to learn, but all his tips and tricks will certainly help us moving forward! From here on out we definitely will continue to use this company! When we called the gentleman that answered the phone was also incredibly helpful and kind ! I want to say his name was Charles? I'll have to call the office and confirm. He was so kind and helpful!

I cannot say thank you enough! The Florala team are absolutely AMAZING, knowledgeable and incredibly professional. They talked me and my husband through every step until they got right to the issue. I appreciated the very methodic approach they took and the extra care to ensure all it's parts are in working order. I highly recommend Florala and if you are lucky enough to get Ivan or Miguel as your service men, I promise your in expert hands. Highly recommend.
This business is horrible. I have been trying to get a hold of them for about three days through emails, text messages and phone calls and no replies from either. I had to physically drive to their office to speak to someone. Their associate Beverly, was extremely disrespectful, rude and unhelpful, saying that it was not her problem to deal with. This company should learn to hire reliable staff and be more professional.

We've used Florala for routine maintenance, minor repairs, and larger projects as well, both on their AC side, and the electrical too. They are prompt, their prices are fair, they're easy to communicate with, and their team does superior work. I never have to wonder if they're doing more (or less) than needed, and I can count on them to complete the job on time with excellence.
I can count on one hand the number of times I have actually asked a service company to send me a link to write a review. This is one of them. The entire process could not have been more perfect. Overall from initial visit by Joe to review my needs to the installation, every step was actually enjoyable and could not have been easier. The installation went as planned if not better, and they left the house with everything better off than when they arrived with no follow ups needed. Highly recommend and will sing their praises to everyone in need!
I call southeast air to check my ac , took them 2 visits to tell me that mostly is the evaporator , after I pay 700 in labor because the part was in warranty, ac start blowing cold until 4 month start with the same problem,they come and check and can't find anything, they recharge again more money in freon, I call them 5 month later same problem and same answer and more money in freon 5 month later same problem and the blower motor stop working , like always never answer a call on the weekend, contact another company ,repair the blower motor and check for leak and right there ,the core they replace was leaking all this time , they send Joe to verify the leak and he tell me they will contact me when the core get to them ,sit and wait another 3 month and when I call them ,they said that was waiting for me to call and at that time was out of the time of warranty and now going to cost me another 1500 to replace something that was defective in the first time !!!!
Three times I tried to get Will to give me a quote on my AC but never bothered to contact me back. Waste of time.
I use Jason and the rest of the team at Florala for all the HVAC on new builds and renovations that I do. It's about doing business with a partner that you trust to always give a fair bid, and service long after the sale. I can recommend them without hesitation!
