Call and booked an appointment. I needed someone to check out my ac unit that stopped running. The service person never showed up or called. I called and was sent to voicemail within the working hours and never received a call back. I figure the technician was arriving late. Also never received a call the next day either. It was very unprofessional. The person who took my call to book the appointment seem very unprofessional. It was disappointing to wait and not at least get a call back.
I just wanted to share what great service I got from Ferran yesterday. I had placed an order for a new cooling system and it hasn’t come in yet. The gentleman who helped me place the order said, if anything happened to my old unit before the new unit came in call them and let them know and they would take care of it for me. ( with a couple of limitations) He couldn’t have spoken more truth! Our old air conditioner did go out on the Fourth of July and Ferran was right there to get it running again. It required a new motor and fan blades and they fixed it for me at no charge. The service guys that came out to work on it were extremely nice and extremely helpful. I’m glad I’ve chosen Ferran to install my new unit as well as reduct and insulate my attic. I highly recommend this company.

Justin was great, thorough and kept a clean work area. Our second time using him to install our EV charging (we moved) and will continue to use Ferran!
Mike Harvey did an excellent job. He is one of the reasons I choose to use Ferran for this project. I have used him in the past. I know he will get the job done the first time and he always leaves a clean area. I feel safe letting him in my house. Highly recommend him for any plumbing needs.
Crooks! Charged me over $800 just to replace a corroded pipe nipple about 12" in length. The work took only 15 minutes and a pipe wrench. I understand that we're not just paying for the parts but also for the years of experience that the technician has, but if a repair can be done in 15 minutes using a replacement that costs about $2 and the only tool needed is a pipe wrench, is it justifiable to charge over $800? I recommend you avoid these crooks.
Excellent emergency service! HVAC dies on the 4th of July. I called at 7AM, tech called me at 9:40AM telling me he was on his way, arrived 30 minutes later, and I have cool air before 10:30. Super friendly and quick.
Kyle and Aaron were great to deal with. Install was well done. I highly recommend Ferran.

Christopher was the technician who installed my new water heater. He was professional and made sure to have it working properly.
Because they are referred by Duke, I've always had them come out for a/c, or electrical work. Never had a problem.
Jose was great. Responsive, answered questions and explained the issue. Fixed the AC in two days (due to memorial day preventing part pickup)
Our technician, Justin, was very knowledgeable and professional and corrected our electrical issues quickly and efficiently.

I called Ferran around 3:30 one afternoon regarding a AC issue. They said they could have someone come that afternoon. Within 20 minutes of the initial call, they called back saying a technician was on the way and they fixed the issue. This level of service is why I use Ferran.
Every single person at Ferran has given us excellent customer service. Our salesman Sean explained Everything thoroughly about the unit we decided on and each step that would be taken after that. The install was great, nice and neat, duck cleaning was awesome and love our new thermostat! I have recommended Ferran to several neighbors....Excellent company to work with!! Thank you!
Changed Burned out fuse as well as entire fuse box for pool pump, pool lights etc. we dealt with Charlie and Wes— both very professional, Also met with Jose, supervisor—answered all our questions. Will definitely use Ferran again .
This was my first time using Ferran. I am definitely keeping them to use again in the future. They were great about making an appointment to get out asap... Also kept us informed about time of arrival. Chris (our serviceman) was on time, courteous, and quickly had our system fixed, up and running. Thanks so much for your professional manner. I should add, Chris was not only a great positive representation of the company, (by all I've previously mentioned), but he was masked and gloved when he came to our door. (This is not something we see as a necessity, but for those who hold that to great importance, it is worth mentioning.) Thanks so much, Chris, for being quick and efficient... Kudos to you for your professional and friendly manner. Glad to have our a.c. back, up and running....

Prior to calling Ferran, I called a different company due to a scheduling issue with Ferran. This was a BIG mistake. When FERRAN was able to schedule the visit, the technician (CODY) was very well presented and very professional, it was evident he LISTENED to my description and prior issues and spent a lot of time investigating the causes of the problem. He then proceeded to implement a solution that was not successful. However, he did not allow this initial setback to leave. He did not stop until he was able to solve, to 100% satisfaction, the problem at hand. I will use FERRAN every time I have any issues at my home. Don´t call other companies, don´t waste your money with unprofessional people, 100% recommend FERRAN
