They were friendly and responded to an urgent situation quickly. Prices were fair
Was serviced by the PRESIDENT of this company and recommended I abandon current Central Air Conditioning due to frayed insulation. Recommended I install 4 DAIKN mini-splits systems. Was not given a quote of the systems via email of the systems despite being handled directly by the PRESIDENT of the company. Very frustrating to work with technicians who know the answer to your questions before you even ask it. Giving 3 stars due to the promptness of service call. RECOMMENDED THE MIXING OF A REFRIGERANT WITH ANOTHER TYPE OF REFRIGERANT. Was told I had a Freon leak, by the PRESIDENT because of gurgling sound, when really all that was needed was cleaning out of the gravity drain system. Again frustrating to work with "technicians" that are more sages than actually technical. I'm removing a star, since I could have been more gullible. Wasteful, willing to contaminate the Earth with a good air conditioning system and theive the purse of an ignorant client. Also interesting that after leaving this review the business replied, saying that I wasn't one of their customers. Funny how they investigated my name to see if I was serviced by them, as if I would use my real name 😂. Buyer beware The president of the company even gave me his business card. An honest review.
Anton at English Air is our new "AC guy." We called several places to price new AC systems when our existing one died. English Air quoted us a lower price for an 18 SEER 2.5 ton system than the other places wanted for a 15 SEER. Anton verified the size we wanted due to the space constraints and need for extra demo to fit in the space constraints. Installation was able to take place with minimal downtime. Great communication regarding scheduling, pricing, and assisting with financing the project. When the crew arrived they were friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. They were determined to get the system up and running despite having to work outside in the rain. Very professional work.
I called English Air late this afternoon. They immediately dispatched a customer service tech, who diagnosed the problem and had the part to get our AC back up and running in no time at all. We are one happy family as our 3 babies under 3 will not have to sweat out another night & day!
Great explanation of the system replacement by the owner, Anton. I had already done my own research and he confirmed all I had learnt. The price was very competitive and the team turned up on time. Dalton & Isaiah we both friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. They did a great job and the place was spotless when they left. My only regret is I did not use them two years ago when my upstairs unit failed.
English Air installed my AC system 19 years ago, and it’s still working today. Of course I’ve had it maintained, repaired on occasion and I always change the air filter each month… and it still continues to work! Whenever they come to the house for service or repairs they are always professional, highly competent, and friendly!
My SEARS AC from 1995 gave up after 28 years in service. Shopped around Central Orlando and English Air was able to beat all others in terms of value and google ratings, earning my business. They beat the competition in terms of value by a landslide installing a more efficient unit for a more affordable price. Got home in time. Were corteous, friendly and professiona. Got the old AC removed and the new one installed within hours. Happy to recommend English Air. Got a 2.5 ton central air, to cover the bedroom area of my home (roughly 1,100 sq/ft). Daikin, Inverter 17-18 SEER. There was a promo running for this brand and they helped me take advantage of it for a better price. Work well done. Had to install the air handler in the attic. Smooth process. Responsive when I had questions. Thanks to Fareed, Isaiah and Dalton for their hard work. Recommended A+
Isiah did a great job on all three of our families houses maintenance last week. Our daughters AC was making a terrible noise and we needed to shut it down. She is home schooling four of our grandchildren and it was Thursday afternoon. One of her daughters is very ill. The owner of English Air, Anton, called me early Friday morning and dispatched a technician named Eli. He diagnosed the problem,replaced the fan motor and had them running by early afternoon. Great competent service. A real pleasure to work with.
Dalton was extremely courteous and punctual, not only that he shows up on time, but he was the only one able to repair my AC after multiple calls to other companies.
Simply the best in every aspect of service is best way to describe. Their repair person Fareed was a good communicator and performed the repairs in a timely manner. Commmunications throughout were perfect and timely.
Shawn was polite, courteous and on time and he solved the problem. Lori in the office is so kind and professional. These 2 are a rare find these days. They have made such an impression that English Air will be my go to AC company from now on!
I called to inquire about receiving a quote for ductwork repair on Nov 16th and twelve days later still no response. I spoke with the nicest and most helpful admin asst. that asked good and relevant questions with assurance that the sales manager would provide me a quote based on the photos I provided: again nothing. What a disappointment!
Love these guys! Ask for shawn or Dalton! They know their job, and they work hard to figure things out. They're kind and listen. Most of all very intelligent and diligent. Quick to serve so you don't suffer in the heat!

Thanks to Shawn Miller & Isaiah Martin, this technician show up on time roll their sleeves up and start working with no stop. Everything through this process remains clean and better by the time they left. Shawn answered every question I have. Explain the difference between old and new units. Yes yes yes, this is the company you need to give the first call.
The owner is enlightened. He understands what it takes to achieve great customer service for a superior product. Seamless and worry free installation of a mini split system with a 10 year warranty. Not sure they are the cheapest but you get what you pay for. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
I’ve been using English Air for over twenty years and they’ve always delivered outstanding service. I called around noon on Friday and they had a technician out a few hours later, with the part replaced and the system fixed by 5. Shawn was a true professional and did an excellent job communicating.
Shawn, my technician, installed a new mini-split. He was efficient and worked quickly. The entire process was stress free for my family. The unit works great, and we are very pleased. Shawn was an absolutely lovely person, and even swept my back porch!
After having to replace the floors in my brand new house because the air conditioner leaked I have had 4 companies and countless adjusters inspect my system, charge me, and not actually fix anything. Anton from English Air made a drive from Orlando all the way to Palm Coast and within minutes knew exactly what was wrong with the system. He also gave me the best remediation solution that benefitted me and my family more than his bottom line. A stand up guy and a great company. English Air are THE experts in the business!
