Workers were so considerate of property, prompt, thoughtful and everything was explained to me about the new system and new thermostat. I will never call anyone else for my AC service ever again!

Technicians came out today , they gave me a courtesy call 30 min before they arrived. They informed me of what the process was for the day, answered all of my questions, and upon completion went over the entire unit inside and out and explained to me what things were and how they worked. Technicians we're also polite and made sure to clean up before they left. Entire experience was terrific and I would certainly recommend EC Waters to anyone.
Donald Cox was wonderful to work with. Explained everything that was done and explained what I needed to do to keep it going. He was a joy to work with. Kept my house clean. I will use them always for any ac or heating issues that may occur.

We have been a maintenance customer for many years. This visit yielded a cracked pipe which was fixed, a plugged up drain line which was fixed and all filters washed/replaced. My peace of mind has been restored!! Thank you, Chris!!
Every part of the process with EC Waters was great. I never waited with questions, the equipment came fast, the install was scheduled quickly, and the installers were only at the house for a day for a complete AC removal and install. Donald and Chris were exceptional. They were nice, worked fast, they weren't loud (if that matters to you), they indulged the kids when they grabbed tools. They also had answers for other questions I had relating to duct work. Just great guys all around. Highly recommend.
They installed/replaced existing a/c-heating system. The system is economically priced. All my questions about the new system were answered. Installation was easily scheduled. Installation went smooth and done in a timely manor. They were recommended to me by a friend. I would highly recommend also.
Russ came out quickly when our A/C stopped working to diagnose the issue and resolve it. He flushed the clogged line very quickly and was extremely friendly and helpful in telling us what to expect when this happens again.

What an amazing company, Clark and Steve always run this company with integrity. The team at EC Waters truly cares, the office staff is attentive and thoughtful. The girl who answered the phone had the cutest name but even sweeter attitude. Jam helped me schedule an appointment and fit me in, even though they were completely booked for 4 days out. My mother’s AC had gone out and being a maintenance customer they always find a way to take care of us. Then the technician called us when they were (30) thirty minutes out(just as promised), which was perfect as I had to meet them at my mom’s house since she is elderly. Then the tech explained everything in detail and ordered the part right there. Ms. Debby called me about 10 minutes later to give me a price and get my part covered under warranty. The price of the labor was fair and although the part was not available for 5 days, Jam kept calling and updating me to ensure that I had a follow up. She even helped escalate the process for us. Finally the tech came back out and he installed the part, he checked everything for us and made sure the ac was cooling. What impressed me was after, Jam called me a few days later to check in on me and to make sure we were all set. In the 12 years my family has had the pleasure to have EC Waters help us, they have maintained our system with care and honesty. We have met all the techs Russ, Tim, Donald, Dustin and Christopher what an amazing crew! When we need our next AC installed, we know who to call.
Install crew is very professional and knowledgeable. Helped me out with a leak in my AC. Haven't had any issues since. I recommend them.
