After researching several other companies, we hired Cool Zone AC to replace our old AC. I'm so glad we did! Service was spot on. The technicians who came to do the job were fantastic. They just replaced our whole A/C system in a timely and efficient manner. We got several quotes from various companies; but they were the best value. Devin provided several system options that fit our budget and needs through email which made accepting the quote and scheduling the installation a hassle free experience. He was always responsive to texts and emails regarding any questions we had. The installation team was awesome, they worked diligently to get everything installed properly and quickly. The system is great, and we couldn’t be more pleased.

What a wonderful experience. Our ac was out when we got home from vacation, called them and service provided immediately. They sent out Jackson, omg -what a Blessing. Very respectful, well knowledgeable, explaining everything to the simplest form so we understood what he was doing. You need to patent that young man. We called the office to just rave his services. The office lady was fabulous to speak with herself. Thank you for everything, we will refer you to all our friends and family.

My A/C shut off in the middle of the night and it was 80 degrees at 3 a.m. I contacted them as soon as the office opened and they sent out their Technician that afternoon. Allowing me a time frame that wasn't all afternoon, but a short window and notified when they were coming to my house. Jackson came out and provided top notch customer service. After a short time looking at the system maybe 10 minutes, it was running about 10 minutes later. He looked at my outdoor unit too, which is pretty old, to see if freon was needed. Turned out there were no leaks and it was full, that was a very pleasant surprise as I was expecting an upsell. Very good experience, would recommend to family.
I am an entrepreneur that spans across three different industries. Today I experienced a situation that I had with my commercial walk in freezer and two of my water chilling systems that we're not working. Mark the owner of Cool zone Air displayed an excellent level of customer service, reliability, and assurance. I recommend Mark and his company to anyone that is experiencing such issues!
Mark the owner had to be contacted after no showing at time of appointment and never submitted an estimate after 3 days of promises. Definitely not a good representation of Angi/Home Advisor
Knowledgeable technician, efficient repair.
Made an appointment for them to come, receive confirmation 30 minutes prior to appointment they were on their way, no one ever showed. One call to follow up with the tech was was told no one knew anything about the appointment then told they don't cover my area. At the multiple emails and texts confirming everything very confused as to why they would treat me as such. Pictures added showing contact.
The team did a great job. Devin the sales rep took the time to explain how A/C systems work and was not pushy at all. The team showed up when they said they were going to and delivered in a professional manner. Will definitely be using them again in the future.
From start to finish this company was great! We had two new systems install by this company right before Christmas and the technician was able to put in two units in one day. They were on time, professional and though throughout the process. You can't go wrong by choosing this company to do you A/C installation. I am happy with the service that this company provided to my family.

I asked them to put freon on my AC but the technician said that's still full, and he said" " need to release it. " I don't know what that mean so because he's technician you put your trust on him. I paid the release service he did and you know what happened DON'T HAVE AC IN MY HOUSE!!! BETTER IF HE DIDN'T RELEASE IT, WHATEVER. MY HOUSE STILL COLD. SUFFERING NOW!!! CALLED THEM THEY SAID NO TECHNICIAN AVAILABLE AND HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL MONDAY!!! OMGOSH!!! with this weather 97 and 98 degrees outside with no AC... you're ... and I have condition!!! This is ridiculous!! DONT TRUST THIS GUYS!!!
I’m very happy with my new a/c unit and air handler.very good service and they went the extra mile to make sure everything was done perfect.the price was extremely fair.I highly recommend!!
Max came out on his day off to charge the ac system. He spotted the source of a slow leak right away, a leaking suction side refill schrader valve. After replacing the valve, he pressed up the evap coil side with nitrogen and soap bubble tested to ensure no other leaks, he then pulled a vacuum on the system to remove all moisture and recharged with refrigerant to OEM factory specs. Got me back in the Cool Zone! Very nice and knowledgeable, professional technician. Great service from a great company!
Called because my outside fan wouldn’t shut off - most likely a stuck contactor. Tech arrived on time and was efficient in changing it out. Call them if you want a reliable and knowledgeable AC company to assess your system.
Have been using Cool Zone for years and this company is great and I trust them with all my referrals and my personal properties. Very responsive and price competitive with excellent customer service!! Will continue to use and highly recommend.
