Horrible! Been trying to resolve the same issue for 3 days now. Spoke to four people at this company now, each one assured the problem would be corrected, and then nothing happens. Will not use again.
Very knowledgable tech, courteous, professional, explained everything well, answered all our questions, showed us the gauge readings amp draw, psi, pic of how dirty our coils are, what our options are. Well worth the price of having him out. Plus the company sent the tech out the same day I called in. Unheard of for peak busy season July in Orlando.
Today we had the perfect troubleshooting visit by Jeff Peterson an HVAC tech from Cool Today. Jeff was thorough, knowledgable, and informative. He quickly diagnosed and solved the cause of light flickering due to excessive start-up amperage to activate our condenser motor and installed a compressor saver circuit to limit power surge every time the outdoor compressor was activated. This will save us money on electricity and extend the life of the compressor and system. I am very pleased.
Cool Today is honest and has informed us of all our options. The tech, Erick, is friendly, gave good advice and wasn't trying to sell us what we don't need.
Bryan was very informative and let me know exactly what I had to do to save money and be comfortable. He went through the attic and every vent. I could not be happier with the job he provided.
I asked for a tune up and the technician did exactly that but he also gave us great info in helping us care for and maintain our A/C units.
I want to personally thanks this company for such a great service and pront solution at my home. Thank you and keep up the good work your are doing!!
Cool today were contacted via Home Depot. They arrived promptly and completed the repair in a single visit as they were carrying the required spare.
Very convenient but every time I had an issue it was always elevated to a major price example my toilet was leaking I was told it’s a major job housing had to be replaced I said no my neighbor came and looked tightened a screw instant fix water pressure was low they said I needed a $700 flow system installed I said no neighbor came to look changed aerators $20 instant fix… their a rip off mind you I had the service plan
I have to give Kudos for Chris Lucas and his manager Oscar! They went out of their way to get my AC system serviced for the summer heat. I highly recommend Cool Today! They will not let you down. Our tech, Edy Cordero was very honest and found our system in good shape and cleaned it as well.
I’ve had the best experience with Cool Today, Albert Jimenez is a real professional and knows what he’s doing, he came prepared with all the necessary equipments and listened to me with care then he examined the AC and was able to tell what was wrong with it, he saved me more than a couple thousands $$ . Highly recommended and I will definitely be working with Cool Today for any AC issues in the future.

The repair person was late! Arrived at 21:00. Promised between 12:00- 18:00. Did a great job.
Technician Edy was professional and polite. He explained his work in detail and helped me understand the outstanding issues I had with my cooling system.
Did forget to turn on the ac breaker after the work was completed. House was warm until we figured out the problem. But the technician was overall great.
Quick to respond, Came same day as called! Company I used said they could not get to me for 2 weeks. Temp was 98 and I have COPD.

Cool Today recently installed a HVAC unit at my residence and the installation was a total success. The installers both Cosme and Roberto were total professionals they explained the total process and did their job very well. I’m very satisfied with my experience with this company.
