Our company, Florida Paints needed our A/C system diagnosed and repaired. Nick came out on short notice and diagnosed our problem and said “ I have the part on the truck”. He repaired the a/c with the ultimate in professionalism and the system works perfectly! I will definitely recommend your company to our corporate office for future use!!!
Steve and Nick did a great job installing my NEW system. Joe and his team made sure my system was inspected and registered. They were fairly priced and professional and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We are so thankful to Joe and his team at Cool-Rite! They made us a priority the day after the July 4th holiday when our AC was out. When we mentioned that my elderly mother lived with they made us a priority for repair. They were fast, efficient and very thoughtful. Will never use anyone else again!
we called these guys exactly a year ago when our a/c went out early one night and they were here with the new unit the next day installing it. we couldn't have been happier with the prompt excellent service. i unfortunately just remembered to leave them a review on here right now, a year later, b/c we will be calling them to come back soon to get the a/c it's first yearly service.
This is a honest A/C company - they did everything we agreed on including time and price with no gotchas. I highly recommend them.

These guys are awesome! I called after hours Friday night; they called me back later that night to let me know they could schedule something in the morning. I really appreciated having that quick response via the phone. Bart came by the next morning and within 2 minutes he had diagnosed the problem. He had our system up and running shortly thereafter. Bart was super friendly, professional, and obviously he's a great technician. I had called Cool Rite one other time in June 2015 and had a similar experience - friendly staff and prompt, professional service. I hope my old AC unit hangs on a little longer, but if not....I will definitely be calling Cool Rite again!
Very prompt and professional service. The issue was clearly stated along with the estimated repair cost. The repair was made and with in the estimated amount. I would use them again in the future.
Called at 11am after my A/C unit was blowing warm air. The person on the phone walked me through resetting my unit before sending out a tech. After that didn't work, she let me know that the next available tech would be calling me when available. Less than 20 minutes later I received a call, the tech arrived shortly after, quickly diagnosed the problem, replaced my broken part, and had my unit running again. Quick, professional, and affordably priced.
Today is the first day of summer and last night my AC went on the fritz. This morning I called 9 different companies in my area and it was apparent the moment I talked to Same, Cool-Rite was going to earn my business. Fast, polite, and professional service all around. Thank you!
My AC unit started whistling and acting funny so after some research I came across this company. Out of everyone in my general area, they had the highest review. They had a tech come out and he diagnosed the issue and he even fixed it in roughly am hour. He was very professional and helpful, he gave a lot of info about do's and donts. His name was Marcello and I recommend you ask for him!
Our Tech was Excellant...His name is Marcello...he was very knowledgeable..he knew exactly what was wrong, fixed it and we had cold air. I recently had my heater / ac quit working abruptly right as the heat started to come back after the recent cold snap. Temps inside my house quickly started to reach into the 90s. I wanted to find an honest company to come look at my unit. I had two other companies in the past work on my a/c unit and neither fully resolved my issues but both where great at ringing up a heavy bill for what appears to have been temporary fixes. I started to search Google reading reviews on different companies when I came across Cool-Rite I saw everyone had nothing but good things to say, so I decided why not give them a shot. Well I was 100% satisfied with my decision to use this company. Cool-Rite offered me same day service for the diagnostic at a very reasonable rate especially for how accurate the tech was. They found out what the issue was and I had an estimate for repair right away. Even though the part was not available local they went out of the way to go obtain the parts I needed to get my unit back operational. Marcelo (forgive me if I spelled it wrong) was my tech. I want to say thank you to Marcelo for resolving my issue. My a/c is still kicking strong and my family is comfortable . I highly recommend this company to anyone in the market. 5 stars great job!

I have used Cool-Rite since 2011. They have been honest, loyal, trustworthy and efficient. During a 100+ degree day, my air conditioner unit shut off. I gave Cool-Rite a call and within hours, Marcello had my AC unit up and running again and I was cool, calm and collected. Whenever you need them, they are there for you. They are like family (the family you want).
