What can I say other than it was Comfort Pro's Air & Heat to my rescue! My A/C developed severe leak inside of my home. And was making a mess fast. I called a family member who told me not to worry, he had a company to recommend to me. I was given a telephone number and a first name of Billy. I shot Billy a text and within moments I was given an appointment I could work around. Billy was prompt, courteous and respectful of my home. He listened to me as I shared what I thought might be causing this. He never interrupted me and when I was done he went into action. As it turned out it was a blocked drainage pipe and a faulty overflow switch. He of course had everything with him to get me back up and running in no time. Thank you Billy and Comfort Pros Air & Heat. You're the best!
Came home to a hot house. Comfort pros came out immediately and had the job done quickly!
Comfort Pros is the only way to go! Our A/C had a short at the outside unit caused by the fan wiring. Billy responded to my message right away after 5pm and was at my home the next morning and by 10am my home was up and running! 5 star service all the way around. To add to the great service, I was given the ability to pay from an online invoice which was easy and striaght forward. We also received photos of all the work performed right to my email for my records. Exceptional work and service!!
Sunday late night my AC stopped working, I texted Billy first thing Monday morning to see if he was available to come out to evaluate the system. He immediately responded and had my unit up and working within 2 hours of contacting him! He was punctual, excellent in communicating, providing photos and estimates of preventative work (which I had him perform), professionalism was on point too! I highly recommend using his services, he won’t disappoint! Hope this review eases your mind, in knowing you’re in great hands!!!!
When our ac has had any issues we have called Comfort Pros. They always always do a great job and have gone above and beyond to make sure work is done in a correct and timely manner. We are pleased to be able to trust them when there’s so many companies who don’t take pride in their work anymore. It also helps that they are so friendly and funny.

Our AC went out and I was lucky enough to get a good recommendation for them from a coworker. The owner had someone out to look at the unit within a few hours and had an extremely reasonable quote for a new AC fairly quickly after that. Justin and Tyler came out several days later to install it. They were courteous, answered any questions we had and cleaned up after themselves. I would definitely recommend them too anyone who needs work on their AC.
Our old AC system stopped working suddenly and Billy was able to get us set up with a new system very quickly. His prices were competitive and technicians were on time and professional. We found BIlly Lipscomb and Comfort Pros while seeking quotes to replace our aging A/C system. Excellent communication throughout the process. I received quotes from 3 other vendors and Comfort Pros got us into a super-efficient 18 SEER variable compression heat pump system from a reputable manufacturer for less than others were quoting for 15-16 SEER single speed systems. Very clean and professional installation, inside and out, and Comfort Pros included items other vendors quoted as additional cost options. We'll definitely stick with Billy for future service needs and absolutely recommend Comfort Pros for your next A/C job!
We contacted Comfort Pros Air & Heat when we realized our AC wasn’t cooling properly. We needed our issue resolved in a timely manner because we have a new born in the home and this heat is NO JOKE. Billy not only responded to my message quickly but made sure to come out himself to make sure our AC would be working properly for our family. He is honest & dependable! Billy talked us through his work process and made sure our AC was cooling properly before leaving our home. Absolute pleasure to work with. After reaching out to another company that quoted me several thousand dollars and suggested I replace my whole unit (only four years old) I reached out to Comfort Pros Air & Heat for a second opinion. Not only did Billy come out to diagnose the problem with in a few hours but he also was able to find the actual problem and fix it the same day. Comfort Pros Air & Heat is trustworthy and fairly priced. I am now enjoying cool air and the relief of dodging a scummy company. 10/10

Recently used this company and would highly recommend. I was on vacation for a few days and came back and walked into my house and temperature was 90 degrees inside. Being middle of June I needed someone very quickly. I called this company after a recommendation from a friend and am very pleased. They were there in a very reasonable time frame, very professional and pricing was well worth what the tech had to do. I will definitely use this company in the future if I need ac work and will highly recommend them to others.
