I’m always so nervous with AC repairs cause we can’t live without them I expect to be scammed in some way. But not this place or Carter. He called me when he was an hour away. Asked me if the price of what he needed to do was ok. Called me when finished and explained what was needed etc. since only my son was present at home. Pricing was fair and service, amazing! 100% recommend!
It was such a delight to have come across Clear Comfort. When I spoke with Carter he was very courteous, on time and very sincere. I called him on Sunday and he showed up a few hours later, took care of the leak on the roof due to clogged pipes from the AC units and ensured it being functional and ensured flow switches are operational. I will definitely be calling him again for maintenance of the AC unit. It’s very hard to find people who are good, not money hungry, and have your best interest at heart. Thank you Carter.

Excellent service start to finish. Had an after hours emergency and on the weekend no less! Almost midnight and he had my unit up and running in no time, and that’s without charging me 2x or 3x rates like other places. My new HVAC company from now on.

Saved by Carter once again! Our AC motor went out at bedtime and Carter was there the next morning. He had it fixed by the afternoon! He handled the warranty for the part directly with Carrier so we didn't have to deal with anything. Can't recommended him more!
Carter is an excellent A/C repairman. He knows what he's doing, recognizes the problems quickly, and takes great care with your home. And when the A/C decided to turn itself off again, he came right back the same evening to address another issue. Highly recommend.
